    Horrible, as everyone says
    I wish I had looked up Festicket and checked these reviews before buying tickets through them. The app crashes every time I try to view my tickets and is generally poorly developed. Seriously considering doing a chargeback rather than risk this as I bought tix for a group and it was not cheap at all. Would give 0 stars if I could. Show more

    Did not receive tickets
    Purchased 4 tickets for £360 for APE 2022 and never got them and there is no customer service whatsoever!!!!!! Absolute scam!

    terrible UI
    the app doesn’t work. i’ve had problems activating my tickets, transferring a ticket. i can’t buying credits. it’s just bad..

    DO NOT USE
    Terrible. Absolutely the worst ticketing app to have ever existed. I went to go activate my ticket through the email I received but it kept bringing me to the home page of the app, no ticket to be found. Seriously the worst app I’ve came across. Show more

    Avoid if possible
    This app is terrible and seriously lacking any real customer support. I severely recommend avoid using it and telling your friends and family the same. The app is non responsive and customer service is essentially non existent. Show more

    Poorly run
    Every time I try to use the app it tells me to update I hit update it takes me to The App Store but the only option is to open I open it and it tells me to update it I’m in an endless loop. So I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and the same things happen Show more

    Can’t even select Birth Year to confirm tickets.
    When selecting birth year to confirm tickets it literally starts at all 2023 and doesn’t any years before that and there also isn’t options for months prior to July. I don’t know why any reputable organization would use this App. Show more

    I can not log in!
    I used my email address to login not Google, Facebook or Apple. The app ends up again and again with sending you the link which will never actually log in! Is there any minimum test or quality control in your app development? Show more

    Terrible app
    My tickets for an upcoming festival disappeared as well I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and my tickets came back but I made sure to screenshot them just in case this trash app gets crazy when I get to the festival. Show more

    Terrible app
    Ticket don’t even show when activated . Is just blank on the app. Customer service is no where to be found. Something has to be done about this app.

    AfroNation Puerto Rico 2022
    I’ve been trying to access my barcode and all it keeps doing is telling me to follow the link in my email. Loops and loops I’ve gone, and I still cannot access my ticket barcode in the app. I pray that the bugs are fixed before Thursday March 24 2022. Show more

    Horrible app
    Takes forever to load. My ticket is not loading and I don’t know what I’m suppose to do now. This is the worst app I have ever navigated through. Paid too much for my ticket for them to not get this right. Show more

    Crashing app
    This app is not reliable. It keeps crashing within 5 seconds of opening the app. I’m attending a festival soon, and this app is not helpful at all. Please fix this Show more

    Ticket Disappeared
    I had an activated tickets for days/weeks and now, 8 days before the AfroNation festival, my ticket disappeared. It won’t show up on the app but my order was confirmed and I was able to view the ticket previously. Customer service is terrible and does not respond in a timely matter. I pray I get my ticket back before the festival. Show more

    Terrible App
    It’s a terrible app. I don’t know why a festival would use this. It’s no real help center. The help links are useless and ineffective. Every time I want to get my tickets the app crashes or it tells me I’m off line. Show more

    bad communication
    The festival I bought the tickets for, is in 5 days and I haven’t received my tickets yet. They told me I would have received them more than 4 days ago. There is no place to call for help and costumer service is horrible. Show more
