Amazingly clunky and un-intuitive software interface that doesn’t do what one would hope. Frustrating to say the least. I would rather slowly drip bleach into my eye then use this app again. Immediate junker. Show more

Somewhat difficult to set u p

I will be returning the Sonos Roam I purchased today.

Impossible to set up and problem solve. Endless loops of the same information.

Can’t seem to install - very difficult to install into my apple play (I have a 3200 plus song library) or SiriusXM. It’s a shame.

It found and shows my speakers in the house but just wont start playing !! $15 wasted!

Can’t connect any real streaming services to Sonos through this. Seems like a complete ripoff. I am deleting it.

This is my first Sonos speaker. I was able to set it up although I found the process a little complicated. I seem to be able to stream just fine using airplay. I’m at a loss as to why I need this app, what value does it gives me and why am I’m supposed to pay for it? Show more

Worst connection speaker I have ever tried

Looks like they want you to spend money even before you download the app. Feels like a cheap desperate company

At a cabin in the middle of the woods. Owner has this speaker. The system requires you to purchase or the free app music your songs, not album or artist together without giving you control. Show more

Can’t get it to work

Most complicated connection ever

Can not setup product ads keep populating and not allowing to complete process, consider another brand like Bose or Sony.
