I’ve been having trouble just like everyone else. I need to use the features that I PAID FOR!!

This was amazing while it worked. Then suddenly the app completely stopped responding. My phone is connected via Bluetooth to the Stealthtech but the app will not find it to allow me to customize the settings. I’ve had the speakers for about two months now and everything was working great until yesterday. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as completely disconnecting the entire system and nothing is working. Too bad because the speakers are great. The app is terrible. Show more

It worked great for about a month maybe? Then i came back one day and it couldn’t refresh and couldn’t find the device. I tried deleting the app and resetting my iPhone. Nothing works. When you try and pair with the app, the device just will not pop up. Without the app, you can connect i. Your Bluetooth settings and still use your phone for music, but i can’t see my levels like i used to be able to do with the app. Just the worst… Show more

This is such a cool feature to have, at first I had a few problems with connection but I reached out to the store I bought it from and they talked me thru it. I love the couch it’s so cool for me and my kids to just lounge and experience the movie like we’re at the movies!! Show more

I haven’t had any issues with this app working with my stealth tech sofa. Has worked perfectly for 6 months so far. Easy to navigate. Automatically connects to sound bar every time I open it. Don’t understand everyone’s frustrations with it. Maybe they missed part of the set-up process? Show more

After initial sync it worked for about a day and then hasn’t reconnected to the app in about a week. Please update this app

Stealth will not stay connected to the app. I can’t change the settings via my phone. The app has been useless. I worked great for about 3 hours.

This may be the worst app I’ve EVER had. While the concept of speakers in the couch is great, and once it’s working the sound is actually good, getting there is a whole different thing. In a month I’ve had the system not connect to my tv, and when I’m trying to switch from the recommended HDMI port to Bluetooth it doesn’t switch and on its own switches back, but still without working. I love the concept and on the rare occasion it does work it sounds great, but when it is as unreliable as this app, it ends up being a game of frustration and NO sound. Hire an engineer from Sonos and get it right! Show more

The app worked great, but then it dropped the pairing with my phone and it seems nothing can be done to get it to pair again. So after less than a month I’m stuck using the remote, which means I lose about half the functionality of the system. Show more

I passionately regret buying this couch. $10k and the speakers in the couch won’t work. The sound bar got disconnected from my phone and I cannot get it to reconnect. I’d love to return this couch for a refund. Buyer beware. Show more

My app stopped working and now the Bluetooth refuses to reconnect. The physical remote is poorly designed so it’s not a replacement for an app. I’m left having to guess what mode the speakers are in. This is a luxury product but this is not a luxury app experience. Show more

This app drops connection and refuses to reconnect. Its terrible

The only way I can use Stealthtech is connecting the Bluetooth to my firecube. I’ve paired the app a few times before but it doesn’t stay connected. Once it disconnects, you most likely won’t get it to connect again. The only plus side is being able to use the physical LoveSac remote once connected to the FireTV. However, nothing about that has anything to do with the app...because the app doesn’t work. You cant customize the speakers & you’ll have to accept the default settings. The first software update didn’t resolve the issue. If anything, it’s worse now because the app can’t detect my stealthtech at all anymore. Therefore making the app useless. If there was another software update since, I wouldn’t know because the app needs to connect to function. Show more

For the price I spent on my stealth tech I had higher expectations for the software. As I enjoy the sound system in my couch I cannot say the same for the app with my iPhone. (Yes everything is always updated) the app continues to not connect to my phone, which has useful features I cannot access to change the settings for the type of sound I am looking for. Troubleshooting the app takes you to the website where they are still trying to “sell” which is annoying. Pop ups, surveys and promotions — I’m already in a frustrated position trying to get something to work. Their troubleshooting guides need a big overhaul — their FAQs are not helpful. There’s promise for this company but I don’t think they can get out of their own way to really focus on existing customers and not mix their experience with those they are still wooing. Show more

Stealthtech sounds great! BUT - the app does not come close to Sonos in terms of reliably connecting quickly to allow for ON/OFF functionality, and volume UP/DOWN, and changing input making the app a pretty weak add on. Please fix app connection issues the red dot of death in the Bluetooth section should not show up every time you use the app. In addition I should not have to repeatedly trouble shoot to adjust volume. This is a great way to tune and setup your speaker setup for sofa Sactionals. Being able to setup all things speakers subwoofers is easy to do. Tuning and sound properties are great for the immersive sound. Looking forward to more features to come. Show more

Works well overall, and I haven’t had any issues with reliability/connectivity. Would like some more fine tuned control over the system - namely being able to do things such as turn off the other speakers, but allow the subwoofer to still work, etc. Show more

I’ve been really enjoying this system but would like to be able to fine tune individual speakers/zones. Also the side chargers are a little finicky but work… I just received a micro USB for updating the system but the QR code for update instructions just brings you to a unfinished webpage so I’m guessing the update is far from ready..? Waiting to hear back from customer support Show more

It’s frustrating that I can’t use the app on my iPhone while streaming music from my iPhone over Bluetooth to the stealthtech device
