Using it to replace Navidrome and I love that it’s using a product I know and trust. My only gripe is that I can’t use it with CarPlay. When that happens my quest for a self-hosted music server will be over. Great UI design!!! Show more

All functions are great. It would be perfect if finamp could display embedded lyrics.

I hope you add a download all button. And it would be better if we can specify which layout we want for every tab.

So right off the bat, I commend the team for this side application which I didn’t know I needed before, but fits its singular purpose well. It does all the basic things you would expect an app like this to do. There’s just a couple of issues that make this hard to recommend. First, The downloads do not work that well. They do work, but if you queue up a lot of downloads (say, an album of 100 tracks), the app will go into suspend/sleep mode before it finishes, causing the downloads to fail. Second, and this is a dealbreaker for me, it doesn’t save audio progress position between sessions. If the app hibernates or you close it, you lose any media progress you had. While that’s not a huge deal for music, it absolutely cripples audiobook functionality. And finally, the app tends to misbehave (become unresponsive) if left suspended/hibernating too long, requiring a force close. I prefer the grid layout, but several layouts are available. Offline mode works smoothly, although I can’t seem to download individual songs as opposed to an entire album. I’ve had no issues with formats. It just works. Show more

Much better experience for music than the full iOS Jellyfin app. Many thanks to the developer for creating and maintaining it!

The Jellyfin app is good, but this app shines when it comes to listening. Now that I can favorite from Finamp, I’ve everything I dream of.

One of the few apps I’m super excited about to see an update. I use the app quite a lot. It’s fast, easy and streams my music perfectly from my server. Again, thank you for supporting the app after all this years. I hope to see version 1.0 one fine day :) Show more

This is an app I really appreciate as it’s the main reason I’ve gone back to my Jellyfin server. A little feedback though, the cover arts don’t sync or get saved when the offline mode is turned on, that’s about my feedback. This app is perfect, I hope it doesn’t get ruined with future updates and things. Show more

This app is great, it lets me use jellyfin as my own self hosted solution to Spotify. I would give 5 stars but I’ve been having this issue where everytime I try to logout of the server it says an error has occurred. I click on ‘more’ to see what the issue is but then nothing pops up. So it’s impossible for me to ever log out of the server, and everytime I need to do so I need to uninstall & reinstall the app which gets annoying after awhile. Other than this bug I absolutely love the app and I hope the developer is able to fix this issue! Show more

- cannot favorite media, only lets you play back things favorited on the official app/site - offline playback of downloaded songs won’t work if you are really offline as it still tries to connect to the server first - cannot view album/artist from the now playing window, have to search manually unless you know where in the playlist that song was EDIT following dev response: - I don’t see an option to favourite media when long pressing a song, only to add to queue or playlists, are you looking at the android app ? - found the offline mode, thanks for that ! - an option to keep a playlist downloaded would be good, if I download a playlist but add more songs to it the new songs won’t be downloaded for offline playback and there’s no option in the playlist to do that anymore. Really enjoy using the app. But one small feature missing, can we have descending order for albums list? That would be really nice.

Thanks for making this program. I was waiting for a Jellyfin client for music, as we already have Infuse for Movies and series. The multi-server function that you plan to implement will be important for me, I have 2 jellyfin servers on my network. No data analytics is refreshing also. Thanks for that too! Show more

On iPad there is a bug where you can’t scrub through the song in landscape (you can only see album art)

Even though still have some bugs, this app is single handedly making Jellyfin music playing on iOS awesome. Way better than the official client since it has offline download and displays the album art and songs properly on iOS system UIs. Looking forward to this getting even better. Show more
