Despite what some other users have reported, this does not connect to the T6. The interface is subpar. I can’t comment regarding any other function. Waste of time.

The only reason why I’m leaving a review is shortly because this app doesn’t support my version of Tozos.

Delete this app if you are trying to connect to NC2 ear buds! This app only supports the NC2 Pro only!!! Big disappointment!!!!

Audio equalizer is super customizable, allows you to save your own settings. Bass can be customized to get fairly deep( if you’re like me and bass is a must for your ears). You don’t have to keep the app in the background to save your equalizer settings either! There’s also easier access to customer support through the app. Overall I’m very impressed, especially considering the price range for these earbuds. They didn’t have to put much effort into an equalizer app, but even the UI is sleek. Show more

Although it says it’s compatible with NC9Plus I’ve tried for two weeks and it will not locate my device via Bluetooth. Ridiculous app….

Even though it’s not listed the previous version seems to work with my T6. Really good app

Does not connect to the NC9 earbuds.

It says in the app description that it supports the TOZO Crystal Buds but when I try to connect to the app it says No Support.

As the title says, it’s disappointing that the app supports the other versions of the nc9 except the plus. This is important because you can’t turn off ANC once it’s on with the plus model without this app. It’s strange because you’d think the programming to support the plus version would be trivial since they are basically identical to the other versions, the case is the main difference. This would be so useful and it’s really disappointing that you’re sort of punished for buying the nicest model of the series. Show more

First and foremost - most people coming here to review this app have most likely bought a pair of Tozo's that are NOT compatible it. This is not Tozo's fault - it's yours. Although an audiophile and workout junkie, I made the mistake in not doing some research before purchasing. Opened the app and was blessed with the "not compatible" message. MY fault, but no big deal. Wound up purchasing the NC9 Pro's - the app is now fully functional, which carries just what any other headphone app should, or at least the basics (remember, we're not producing music in a studio here). There are customizable button functions, ANC, Transparent and a few other modes on screen for you, and an equalizer that comes with presets or can be customized, which is always a big seller for me. Not sure what else you can ask for. Also, I have the ear type that was NEVER accepting of in-earbuds, in particular. They always fell out while running or laying down for some chest presses; it was VERY annoying. Tozo put an end to that; not sure if it's the correct sized rubber earbuds or just the general shape that made a difference. It may be that I tried something new, which leads me into sharing a tip. I have always been cursed with oily skin, from head to toe. That said, if anyone suffers the same, wash your ears with some soap and water or even just an alcohol/wet wipe and then dry thoroughly immediately before you stick the buds in. A dry ear canal is key for these types of headphones to stay in. I spare 60 seconds every morning to do this. You're welcome. One thing for Tozo - it would be extremely helpful if there was a control in the app to enable/disable the headphone’s touch functions. Just about any time when doing shoulder presses, my bicep will touch the earbud, causing the music to pause or change the mode. Show more

I have the TOZO T12 and I absolutely love them, wanted an app to deliver more functionality but this one doesn’t seem to have any lol my headphones are naturally noise canceling but not by a lot. My iPhone has its own EQ, so it’s not like I really need this app. Would have been cool but from looking at it, I can assume the developers didn’t really care while making it. This app doesn’t work with their most popular earbuds which is insane. The moment a updated this app I lost the ability to use the software.

Can’t seem to find my device. Tried all the suggestions. No luck. Read another review that had similar issue with NC2. Earbuds sound good but was looking forward to having a little more control with sound quality through the Tozo app. Not yet. Show more

I doesn’t connect with my type of todo earbuds so it’s useless to me. Maybe lake it available to all tozo products?
