Impossible to use. I’m returning my Sonos speakers. Nothing should be this hard.

As soon as you try to use this app it automatically offers you a premium subscription. If you try to use what you just downloaded nothing happens, so there is only a paid service, no real working app. Show more

There is an option for the free version with limited features but it doesn’t work. Unless you’re willing to add and pay for yet another monthly service that you should not need since the controller is hooked up to Internet. This is not a good product Show more

Will not let you select limited use.

We have Sono 1 which worked wonderfully! With Sono 2 upgrade, only 1 speaker would work. I called and got an incident report and it has NEVER been addressed or fixed. I understand there are several brands out now, but I paid a lot of money for the bar, woofer, and all the speakers. I have only one speaker that works. I have tried all the fixes which are provided to “fix” your problem; however they don’t work! Show more

Unable to use product due to not being compatible. Unable to download Sonos S2 to downgrade to S1. Not user friendly at all ?

Yes downloading it is free. But to be able to use it you have to pay $12.99 a month. Why can’t we just get Sonos on the iPad?!
