The app will not connect despite the update allegedly correcting the issue with ios16

The Thump Go speakers are great but this app is useless. It worked one time when the speakers were new but now it can’t find it even when my phone is already connected to it bluetooth. Why advertise an app that doesn’t work or doesn’t get fixed? Show more

Will not connect..

Basically you can boost or cut the lows or the highs. Nothing else is adjustable through the built in app custom EQ setting. So it’s not customizable. I think I like the app tho other than it’s many shortcomings, if that makes sense. If you’re gonna give an EQ option, let’s make it at least 3 band with adjustable frequency. Show more

Still won’t connect! Have ios16 newest update and still won’t connect. PLEASE FIX!!

Bluetooth connects to speakers and functions. App will not connect. Factory reset speakers, forgot and paired again, still no app. iPhone XR running iOS 16.0.3 and Thump Connect 2 v1.2.

My iphone 12 pro is not connecting to the speaker after ios 16 update. Very frustrating please fix

Is it just me or did everyone else fail to get this app connected after iOS 16 update? I’ve tried every option I could and failed every time.

The biggest reason why I went with these newer more expensive model speakers.

The little spinner just sits there and says “Make sure your speaker is connected.”. Never actually connects. I design and program mobile apps for a living. Been doing it for over 15 years. Gotta say, I’m vexed as to how this app got past your QE guys. You do have software QE, yes? I’m looking forward to the update. Thanks. Show more

App will not even connect to the speaker to use it.

The Thump Go's are great speakers but the app on the other hand won't even connect... I tried using two different iPhones and neither had luck... I've tried every trick in the book to get it to connect to the app but it keeps saying "searching for speaker" and "Make sure you're connected to the speaker via Bluetooth" despite being connected, linked and playing music without the apps help... all while the little green circle spins like it's actually doing something... truly a shame that it doesn't work, it would be a great feature to actually use! Hopefully it can be fixed and up and running soon. Show more

Would be very helpful to know the battery life percentage in the app. 3 color indicator doesn’t really help.

App connects to bluetooth But does not work on any of gain levels You cannot control volume at all with app

All settings, including level, voicing mode, EQ, and LED setting are forgotten upon speaker reboot. Using the app to recall a snapshot is not a good workaround.

The application is not working, it's looks like is searching for bluetooth connection but never was connected with the speaker. Need to test and fix.Az1212

It looks like it connects but then does nothing to the actual signal. I was trying to link to of the thump together and it couldn’t even do that. We tried another phone after turning everything off and turning it on again… Again it was a fail. Not sure if it’s the app or the speakers. It may be that when we app is working it will unlock more potential for the speakers, but right now both the app and speakers are pretty underwhelming. Show more

Needs more controls specially in equalization you need more than just lines.
