    Don’t get Sonos
    This app doesn’t work not and never worked well. I relentlessly bash Sonos to everyone interested because of the unbelievably consistent problems it has. Playback stopping, awful interface, connection issues are just some of the issues since 2013. Show more

    A messy way to link phone to speaker
    I got new iPhone and wanted to reconnect Play 3. Forgot what an involved mess this is. Why the speaker just doesn’t connect like any other Bluetooth device escapes me. Needless to say after pressing buttons, joining temp networks, blah blah, was still unable to add the speaker. Next solution was to make adjustments to my router to split and rename the 5gig network fm the 2.4. Too much trouble. Just got my Bose out and I am listening happily. Why is Wi-Fi even involved in this? Show more

    Update Downer
    App worked great until this morning when I updated it (had no choice). Now it does not recognize my sound bar, takes forever to load the system, deems my whole Sonos system useless! Someone fix this please! Show more

    Stopped connecting after latest update
    Was working fine until I updated to latest S1 app. Android version and older iOS versions still work fine.

    I’m not upgrading, stop asking.
    I know the S2 app is available. I know you want me to buy new hardware. I’m not going to. Stop asking. Stop pretending it’s a bug.

    Incompatible Devices?
    Are you kidding me? Offering a 15% discount for new devices just so I can use the system I already own? Horrible, horrible strategy, Sonos. I’ll switch products before I go down this forced path. Show more

    Shady business from SONOS
    I understand no new features will be delivered to the ones that decided (or needed) to stay on S1 after your shady business strategy decisions, but removing existing features and breaking a good working that on top of that… that’s lame. Show more

    Don’t buy Sonos. They can’t execute applications.
    Don’t use their support. Don’t upgrade to S2. Done but new speakers when support tells you that’s the only way to fix.

    Good music, TERRIBLE customer service
    We have a combination of old and new speakers, when they rolled out the S2 I switched over and busted my whole system. Customer service was laughably bad, after 2 hours on the phone w an agent he hung up on me. I’ll never recommend Sonos again because of this. I finally got everything fixed not with the help of Sonos but some tech gurus on FB. It’s unfortunate that the company rolled out the upgrade with what seems to be an effort to require all older speakers to be replaced. The technology has not improved at all to make this be a thing..     So glitchy
    I don’t know whether it’s Sonos or my internet, but the music stutters and shuts itself off a whole bunch. I love the Sonia concept, I just wish it worked a bit better. Show more

    screws up your gen 1 sonos
    unbelievable i have probally 2k of sonos G1 throughout my home..bought a new apple ipad….upgraded my apps..every thing but SONOS worked…this is screwed up…rooms dont turn on when grouped….music playing doesnt show up onthe app page…very disconcerning…am not spending thousands of dollars for Gen2 sonos to replace somethimg that still works….such a shame Show more

    Sonos app update ruined everything
    Sonos jammed an app update (S2) at me and everything stopped working. Despite repeated attempts neither the S1 or S2 will properly work. What a disaster. Negative stars.
