This app is definitely improving. I gave 5 stars to reflect my appreciation. Thank you. It now works when plugged into an accessory. I'm so happy about this. When I plug my iTouch into my car, my stereo wants to control the music and apple music player will not allow any type of control. I hate that because the radio in my car has a lousy random shuffle. So lousy it plays the exact same way every time. Now I can use this app to control what music plays. Features I would like to see: I would love to see this app get some gesture based controls like the FluxTunes app. Actually all of them. Then this would be the best frigging music player app for the car. Show more

The app is a good idea and a decent execution... But it shuffles the entire library, without giving any option to select playlists or to include or exclude certain stuff. Thats too annoying, because I need to shuffle atleast twice to get to just one song that belongs to the playlists I want to listen to. Show more

It DOES NOT skip songs or audio that you have set to "skip when shuffling". This app also should give you the ability to select a playlist if you want, instead of shuffling your entire library! Show more

It would be much better having an option to select from certain playlist. When it starts, it shuffles from the entire play-list including non-music contents. I don't like it. Please, add the option to choose the playlist. Show more

Very cool idea, but it REALLY needs to integrate itself with the iPod music system! We should be able to start up a shuffled playlist in the music app (say I want to shuffle 1 artist), then load up your app and have choices to modify that playlist as it goes. Also, when we exit your app the music should KEEP PLAYING! Lovely app, but at the moment it's like the music only exists inside it's tiny world while it is open. Also, as others have stated, the load times are VERY long.... I have over 5000 songs and I wait and wait.... Show more

Does not work at all when attached to an accessory which made this useless to me

I enjoy this app quite a lot, I like how I have some control. A couple things I would like to see though: 1. A faster load up time? I have 2600 songs and it takes sometimes close to 30 seconds to load. 2. iPod player integration? So I could switch in and out of the app without having it pause the music or change it. 3. The ability to go backwards as well as forwards. You have the artwork there, just let us go backwards too! Other than that, the app is really good. An updated UI interface would be cool too, if you have any more ideas. Thanks! Show more

I use this app daily as a way to shuffle my songs and still have some ctrl over what plays next. Love it. Only cons: sometimes it can't find library (infrequent), there is no repeat, u can only choose 1 song at a time, shuffle button is tiny to say the least, but u can always shake to shuffle. Show more

I have been using this for a while. First on my iPod Touch and now on my new iPhone. I have soooo much music and if left on my own it seems like I listen to the same playlists. I like this better than putting shuffle on in the music player because it allows you to pick the song you want up next from four songs. It would be great to see the app evolve so that it allows you to use the method of pick from four to set the next 5 songs. Show more

It's a good simple music app that does what it says. My major gripe is that if you're already playing a song and then switch to the app, it won't continue from what you're playing but rather it'll regress to what it was playing when you last launched the app. If anything, the dev needs to change this so it can be a seamless transition from the regular iPod / Music app into the Shuffle app. FluxTunes does this nicely, but it obviously has a different use than this app. Just saying that what I'm asking is possible and would be nice if implemented in this app. Also, there seems to be a minor delay when changing songs or skipping to the next song, though I think this is more on the music app rather than Shuffle itself. Other than true integration to the current playing song rather than having its own list of what to play, its a pretty nice app. Show more

I really like this app, but I have some requests: It would be nice if there was more control over the shuffling. In some cases I want to hear a song 1 or 2 songs further down the shuffle list but when I choose the first of those songs, it advances it but then re-shuffles so I can't choose the 2nd song I wanted to hear. Maybe it could shuffle the last song in the list so you don't lose the whole shuffle list. And if you want the whole list shuffled you can shake it or press the shuffle icon. Also, it would be nice if there were a pause button. To pause you have to exit the program. When you do this and come back to the program it continues playing the song that was on, but re-shuffles the rest of the list. So again, if I liked the shuffle list, too bad, because it is gone. I think this app has great potential. I already use it a lot but these 'improvements' would make it a 5-star app for me. Show more
