    Usage instructions
I have no idea how to use this app. I can find no instructions.

    Great and easy to use
The app is great and easy to use...a bargain for the price. Red plus blue keys show the chord in root position...Yellow keys show inversions. The two play buttons play the chord in root. Show more

Not as I Remember, but still great.
I just came back to iphone from a 3GS to a 7 plus now. I was looking for this app it looks different now, but still functions the same with added features. For those of you that do not know what the colors mean. The red note is the root note, the blue notes are the other notes within the chord, the lime green notes are alternative ways to play the chord. Show more

    Piano Chord
This app is friendly & easy to use. Truly one of the best chord apps out there. A must have!!! Can use more features.

    Disappointed
The color codes on the keys don't make any sense. It sounds the chord out but doesn't actually show the movement of the keys. With all of the colors, it's hard to tell what keys are actually being sounded. Very counterintuitive. Show more

Great Chord App, but some bugs...
New Review: Bug in the chord change playback. It resets to major, even with the presets saved to other qualities. This is a great chord finding app. I use it all the time to make progression for my pieces. There are some things I wish the app had however. First, the organization of the chords doesn't make much sense to me. For instance the dim7 and half dim7 (named m7-5) are nowhere close to each other. It would be nice if you can move the chord locations manually so each user can have the layout each person prefers. There are also some duplicate chords, like dim and m-5. It would also be nice if you can create your own chords. One chord I like using is the m-6 or Maj-6, but they are not on the app. A create a custom chord feature would be very helpful. The last thing I wish to see in this app is a bigger favorites screen. The favorites screen is very helpful. Instead of having a 5x6 screen, something bigger like a 8x12, or 12x20. This app it's great for composers and musicians. With these fixes, I think it could be even better! Show more

    Favorite chord app
If you're still learning or a pro this app will either help you learn the chords ( or reinforce them.) Pros will like to use this for chord progression. Great app Show more

    Unacceptable.
Doesn't play without headphones. How can a developer make such a mistake? Would otherwise be worth it.

    Doesn't work
Shows upside down and same chord is repeated over and over. Sorry I purchased this.

    Great!
Awesome app. I've learned so many chords from this! I'm just a beginner and this has helped me a lot! Highly recommended!

    *Some important suggestions*
The description says that the app would play the chord for me. The developers have failed to mention that IT WON'T PLAY THE CHORDS IF THE PHONE IS ON SILENT MODE!! EVEN IF YOU ARE WEARING HEADPHONES!! This may not look like a big deal, but it is the little things that make a great app. Also, I took for granted that when you said I would be able to play all the favorite chords for "continuous playing to the end," it would do so automatically. Guess what? No. If you want the "continuous playing" you will have to click chord by chord MANUALLY one after another. Also, I would love to have a way to REARRANGE MY FAVORITE CHORDS IN 'MY FAVORITES' PAGE. If there is such a way to do those tasks mentioned above, I wasn't able to figure it out because there was NO TUTORIAL. Including a tutorial page will help many users figure out what's what, such as what a symbol means and how to use that app in general. After all, some of these people may very well be beginners, to music or to iphones/ipods. Not many people would be happy to sit down and figure out how the app works for 15 mins, like I did. I gave this app 4 stars, despite these flaws, because I think it has tremendous value and potential. There are literally, hundreds of combinations to find your favorite chords, whether you are writing a song or just have begun to learn music. You will get my last star when you make those changes. Thank you, Developers. Show more

    AWESOME APP!!!
WOW! I can't believe how incredible this app is! I majored in music in college in the 60s & always struggled figuring out some chords I didn't use often. This app makes it so easy & I love how you see & hear the chords either individual notes or as a complete chord when you hit the root red dot. Visual & audio with LOTS of chords to give you the opportunity to learn more. This app is perfect for beginners or seasoned musicians! THANKS DEVELOPERS!!! Greatly appreciated! Show more

It's easy to use, yet gets the job done. :)

    Dots a good app!
Good app. Easy to read and find chords. Simple interface. Nothing flashy. Perfect for $0.99. FYI: the colored dots...red=root note, orange=core chord notes, blue=optional accent notes

    Great Piano Chord App!
Lots of chords to choose from. It has got every single chord. Don't know what the different colors mean, but that isn't a problem for me since it works just fine without the colored dots. Show more

    ok
It would be better if u could hear what the chord sounds like, and i don't get what the different colors mean.

    Amazing for 99 cents
Simple and easy to use. Totally worth it.
