Used this app for years, useful in many ways, easy to chose/tailor exercises to your needs.

It took a while for me to appreciate this app. It wasn't until I had a bit of ear training done that I could see the limitations in other apps and how this one would take me further and teach more of what I could actually use versus simpler apps. Once I could hear intervals up to an octave and major vs minor chords, this app had plenty more for me to study. Great app. Show more

As the title says, I can’t say enough good things about this app. I started using this app completely new to ear training. I used it just about every day for a year or so, and now I can recognize intervals, chords (and their inversions), progressions, etc., instantly. You definitely have to be willing to put in some time with the app, as it takes a lot of practice to train your ear, but the results are worth it. One suggestion for future updates might be a way to include chord inversions in the progressions section. Thanks for a great app! Show more

Have fun with it. It’s a game. Just look at the rulez. Larger interval? Don’t think. Just choose A or B. Don’t get down on yourself. I always turn 4ths into 5ths in my mind moving the root an octave below. Who cares. It’s fun. It’s music! It’s therapeutic! Don’t get this to achieve a good grade or as an IQ test. Get it to party. Highly recommended for a good time like chess or solitaire app for music people. ❤️ Edit: Just played app for first time. People leaving bad reviews are tripping out. It’s really fun. Don’t get distracted by MIDI tone police. Seriously? Haha. Use headphones or something. Or take my advice. It’s a game. Remember pong? Haha❤️ Hey though, who wants to compete? Show more

Amazing tool really well made and useful

Nice app for dedicated persons. Exercises are tedious and progression is very slow, however after many-many repetitions you’ll likely see steady results. If you want quick results though, this app will not help. It just a good structured set of exercises, you’ll need to put decent amount of effort to progress. Show more

In a few days after doing the app exercises, I notice the difference ?

I have totally improved my ear since using this app. I wish I had known about it earlier.

Their samples for guitar sound just like the piano sounds it’s kind of ridiculous.
