I can’t get control or login to my autonomics after the iOS update. It does work on previous versions of iOS.

This app is terrible and outdated. Broken integrations, improper screen resolution. This is the companion app for systems that costs into the tens of thousands of dollars. It seems the company sold and the new business model is to try to force people into the new hardware so they’re not supporting the systems they were selling even last year. Show more

Always connection issues. Never any updates. Can’t shuffle your playlist on Spotify. Functionality is clunky. App will no longer open. my speakers are useless now without someone having physically come and inspect the issue with the receiver. Weak. Show more

Any time I select an artist, it only shows me the first handful of available titles. For example, if the artist has 30 albums, the app will only show me the first 10-15. In order to see all of the albums, I have to exit the page and reselect the artist to get the full listing. Search criteria are lacking. Many soundtracks or compilations should have an album artist of 'various artists' or else you can't find all of the tracks of the album. Thus, it's a must that this app add more search options! Must have search option for the following; 1. Album artist 2. Year 3. Song I do love the connectivity to local and internet radio, as well as streaming services such as Spotify and Rhapsody. However, after using this for 2 years now, no search capability with a library the size of mine is inexcusable. Show more

Needs an update for iOS 9 volume control not working correctly

Was working perfectly until I installed the 5.0 Update and now it has rendered this app useless. Can no longer connect to the Nuvo Music Port and control my Grand Concerto whole house system. Warning to other users - don't update if you are using the Nuvo Music Port. Hoping they will release a fix soon. Show more

Initially the 4.5 broke my MCS server, but Autonomic pushed an update the next day! Great software, great support!

Make sure you choose the right player.

Installed it and it just sits and spins in the connection dialog. Went to customer support forums and found similar complaint from other user. Posted there and after a week no response from their customer support, huge waste of money, do not buy! Show more

The windows server installer is broken. It won't sync with the app. The site doesn't tell you anywhere that you have to buy a license and even if you had the opportunity to try this out there us no way to actually buy a license. Show more
