Loving these apps, I have 3 of them now (all but mini). Really like the masterclass! Wondering if there is a trick to read all the text instructions? All of the ones that are longer than a few words are cut off. Still get the gist of most but would love to be able to get the full lessons. Show more

I LOVE this app!! I use it regularly as a loop track for our church praise and worship songs and choir songs. Since I updated to iOS 9.2 it no longer works properly. Each time I create a new project and try to save it, my iPad freezes, then I have to close the app and re-open and re-create. :(. When will an update be available to fix this and re-gain proper compatibility with the latest version of iOS? Also would be nice if it had an option for 3/4 or 6/8 time signature. This is an awesome app I have been using for years and I give it 5+ stars, assuming an update is forthcoming. Thanks!! Show more

I'm not a big fan of sequencers but this app puts a unique twist on the concept. It's as if Figure and Loopy had a baby. Would like to see a bit more variety in the notes available. Perhaps scale oriented. Also, the ability to import samples. Overall, pretty darn solid. And a whole lot of fun. Show more

Crashes whenever trying to access dropbox. Tried reinstalling. Doesn't work. Being able to import my own sounds was the main reason for buying this.

The pattern generation concept on a wheel is great. 5 stars on that. It is much easier than a left-to-right square grid because you can easily visualize the symmetry in the pattern. However, if several features were not absent, this would be a terrific app. These missing features are: You cannot alter the velocity or volume of each individual hit. It's all or nothing. Interesting that you have an alternating trigger, but no velocity adjust. Pity. Also the order of the effects chain seems to be fixed, and the reverb is first! Sorry, but if I were to choose a place for a fixed reverb effect it would be at the end of the chain, not at the start. That is so that the delayed or repeat effect notes could also go through the reverb. My wish list for this app is, assignable effects chain and velocity edit on individual hits. That would be a huge improvement. Show more

This has proven to be one of the best performance-oriented compositional tools. I can get some interesting and seemingly endlessly variable results every time I go back to a set-up. The work flow draws me in, and it makes good use of the touch screen's advantages. Show more

I bought this a while back and didn't really get into it. I just came back to it and... WOW! Easy to use, great work flow, I'm getting great results, and now that it has audio copy/paste, it's become an essential app for me to use with Beatmaker 2. I'm mostly using it to create loops to drop into songs I build in BM2, but will eventually use it for live performances. It's got enough depth for that, too without a doubt. Will give 5 stars when they fix a bug (freezes if you press the record loop button without a loop running. This needs to be fixed ASAP.) Also, needs background audio to really step up re: working with other music apps on a serious level. And, please add midi export / import. (Gotta dream!) Show more

...and I love it even more. Being able to import my own sounds (aif) into the app makes it into a unique, intuitive sampling instrument and loop controller. The effects seamlessly combined with the ability to swap in wheels and various patterns makes for countless possibilities. I saw something about Reactable and just d-loaded that, but Loopseque is far more innovative, intuitive and brilliant. Show more

With the new release, loopseque now supports copying audio to the general clipboard. Add this to the other fantastic functionality introduced in version 2.0, this is now a 5 star app, a true musical tool!! Great work, CU, this is a GREAT app. Show more

Best program for making rough beats, fun music, simple user face. Needs individual sound on/off and echo in fx tray.. Longer sounds that aren't so high pitched, sustain is what I'm looking for. Other than that I say thank you for a great program. I already have music up on sound cloud. Hope to see more.. Show more

What was a cool but limited little diversion has developed into a much deeper and usable musical tool. Intuitive and inspiring.

Simply put,this a simply and wonderful creating tool without a lot of unnecessary knobs. It's right to the point.Id liked to have given it another star but I think it didn't include simple things like:audio copy/paste.Stop/start.and most of all a way to sync it.Also it needs to be able to run in the background.I tried importing samples in by connecting to i-tunes and it worked flawlessly. First, you have to zip your file(which i just made folders of individual sounds in my library) and it imported them,unzipped and played them back flawlessly. I was impressed by this,as seeing most apps want you to bring in files individually.This means you have to painstakingly reconstruct the order yourself.This is a well thought out app.Getting around on it at first glance is extremely intuitive. I would like to see time-stretch, better quality efx,and more(especially for house,trance,or dub)which is the most crucial on my list. Without it, it renders most files to limited use.Once that's in place,this could be a powerful tool here.I hope the team is attentive and implements these changes in the next update, else this great app could lose momentum quick..Love the GUI. Everything is in an easy accessible place.Very intuitive.I could see this as being one of my creative go-to apps to get a groove started. Keep up the great work guys. Show more

So I had to delete and reinstall to get it to work. Thankfully I didn't have many songs saved since they were all be deleted as well. New changes are welcome. This is a pretty closed system, but that's how it was designed I guess. Show more

I loved this program until the update caused it to crash on opening. Disappointed that it no longer works.

This update is amazing. Really like the record features. Update fixed the distorted sounds I had with last version.
