I really was hoping to fondled organize and export all the hundreds of songs I had purchased over the years from my IPod into this App but it’s been a total disaster! Can’t get them into ITunes and I can’t access the music store from the App . After making additional purchases from the music store thinking I would star fresh half of the order won’t download as it’s supposed to!! Talk about frustrating!! I spent the whole day screwing around with this trying to make it work but to no avail!!! Looks like I’m going back to my old original IPOD that it came with and I won’t be purchasing any new songs from the store!! ? Show more

I’ve been waiting for Pianodisc to figure out a good modern app system for over six years. The IQ app always seemed to be clunky with a lot of bugs, syncing issues, and an odd attachment to Apple iTunes. FINALLY it all operates on its own perfectly, ditching the iTunes Store complications. I’m enjoying this new straight forward version so far. Show more

Just not user friendly. Typing in same login on ipad that works on iPhone and it won’t login. No help option or customer service number. Just bad. Only game in town i guess so they get away with it Show more

This app works well for a while, then they will issue an update that causes the MIDI to be garbage. A few weeks/months later it will be fixed via update, until the next update comes out which always seems to ruin it again. When it works well, I really enjoy this app. But when it doesn’t, it’s unusable. I do wish they would come up with a way to output the PianoDisc audio files direct to Bluetooth midi though, that would be the final missing piece in my opinion. Show more

For such an expensive system I’m a bit underwhelmed. The 1400 zip bundles just keep repeating their download, in an endless cycle.

App won’t download my music, customer service was not able to help then ignored request for refund.

It was working and I thought that I was going to get new pieces but it stop working altogether even when you are connected. This app is amazingly terrible.

The app should include a feature to listen on the phone microphone and play music on the piano and the dual sync feature, and determine how to adjust the delay.

The old app keep crashing so I downloaded the new app and all my music I had on the iPad is now gone!! What is with this piano disc? Why would you write a app update that does this.Hours of music that I made is now all gone. Maybe it’s time to get rid of piano disc. Show more

After the app updated to v3.0 it erased all of the music that I had saved. Hundreds of songs!

I just got a pianodisc piano. I had a technical problem and tech support helped me fix it in 10 minutes. And the app works well for me. But the issue is I don’t think pianodisc has added new music in like 5 years. So here’s my solution and my ask of the company: either make new music, or provide easy to use tools for others to make their own music. If you provide tools, I don’t even care if you charge for the music others created. But QRS has a much better and more current library. You need to provide users with new music. Show more

The app looks to be designed for organizing and playing freshly purchased music from Pianodisc and downloaded directly to the app. Obviously little thought was given for pianodisc music residing elsewhere (like a Mac computer). Getting one’s music into the app is a horrible experience - and afterward, my music became ‘ corrupted’ The app has terrible user interface and there is no user control of any artwork or music organization. Your midi files go wherever the app decides into album titles it creates with no control. Show more

I still can’t add music to the pianodisc app and when I try to delete a playlist it just crashes. I am now having a problem connecting to Bluetooth never had before takes maybe 10-15 tries of disconnect and connect to Bluetooth if I’m lucky. You guys need to get ur act together and spend some money on hiring programmers. Show more

The app is poorly made. Songs are scattered. App is not user friendly.

Ever since IOS 14 the ability to copy files to the PianoDisc app from iCloud files has been broken. App is no longer useful as I cannot add music.

This ap is absolutely horrible. I just spent many thousands of dollars on the pianodisc system only to get this horrible app. It consistently crashed after playing one or two songs. Very very disappointing. Show more

Radio feature is interrupted frequently to buffer. We have excellent internet and friends with the same problem. This renders the feature useless. PianoDisc, please fix this!

The product is really only as good as the tech that supports it. This app is horrific... as soon as I realized their websites account area uses Wordpress I knew I was in trouble. I don’t know where to start so I won’t even bother, I’ve spent more time than I’m willing to on this. I can’t even get an account and tech support isn’t responding. What a waste of time and money... If you do not know how to do an upgrade without screwing up the existing library - don’ do it. All of my songs are gone from the app. Why don’t you send someone out here to fix what I spent hours setting up. You really piss me off. Show more
