It wouldn't automatically pick which duplicate to remove, and therefore offered no functionality over the built-in Apple Music duplicate finder. It also didn't find any album artwork or meta data. Not sure if this is abandonware, since it doens't seem to have been updated in a year either. Show more

The app pulled up duplicates alright! (about 700 out of around 5000 duplicates)… but it automatically selected BOTH of the copies - so I had to go through and MANUALLY UNCHECK one of the two copies, for each pair… defeating the entire purpose of purchasing an app so that I could BULK DELETE. If I just hit “delete” it would’ve deleted both copies of the track. So dumb. Such a waste of money. Show more

I really want this app to work well. really. alas, it immediately fails to launch on catalina with no information as to what's wrong.

This app did exactly what I needed it to do - clean up a decades-old very large iTunes library that was a victim of iCloud and multiple computer migrations. One thing that was very helpful was to go into "preferences" and toggle the setting to ignore iCloud tracks. This prevented a potentially disastrous deletion of my local precious Apple Lossless CD-rips. Once I had that setting configured, I let 'er rip, and am no longer plagued with a duplicate-laden iTunes library. For me, most of my issues were actually duplicate database entries, not actual duplicate files. Thanks Wide Angle! p.s. Wide Angle, I would feel better about your business practices if there was parity in pricing between the Apple App Store and your website. I saved some money by comparing the two and purschasing the least expensive. Show more

Loads very slowly and crashes often.

It did some good... but hundreds of mainstream songs were not fixed or updated with either track info or album art. I sent a request for support and recieved a request for more info, and have yet to see any result. This was a waste of $15. Might be worth $0.99 for the bit that it did do. Show more

When I open the app it crashes, I have sent for a refund and when they send me a email they cant send me a refund and Apple has no way of refunding on a Mac app. I hate spending money for apps that crash. Show more

I just LOOOOOVVE paying for apps that download and never run…and having no recourse with the developer or Apple to get a refund. DON”T BUY THIS PEICE OF JUNK

The Apple Store version of this product still does not work with external drives. Works fine with the web version so I Guess I will have to return this version. Very frustrating! Show more

don’t buy it you’ll have to purchase it more than once because of updates.

The app does not provide the same results as the demo. It also crashed every time on one feature where the demo cleans up the files but won’t save changes since it’s a demo. Clearly I should activate the demo for a higher price than buy through the app store. Not sure why I get different results from them when I scan the same iTunes.I’d give it a good rating if it actually worked. Show more

Couldn’t find any of my duplicates in my iTunes even though the iTunes find duplicates worked fine. Requested refund from developer and they want me to spend time testing. Since I repaired my iTunes folder directly I don’t need to test it to try and make it work. Avoid buying this software. Show more

App carashes consistently when fixing the track info on High Sierra 10.13.1.

I just purchased this. Hopeful that it would help clean up my library. It did nothing. Didn’t find any duplicate, said I hadn’t even used itunes (no statistics). I am MOST certain I have used iTunes faithfully for 5 or 6 years and i’m not incompetent when it comes to technology. What a complete waste of time and money. I went through their entire support/help. Nothing remotely helped. This software is a COMPLETE SCAM. Don’t waste your time or money. Show more

It just doesn’t do any of the things it’s supposed to do. Do not waste your money on this app. It doesn’t automatically remove duplicates. It will find some duplicates, but so will iTunes by itself. I haven’t found a single useful function in this app. Show more

Shouldn’t it be 5.0 if it’s a “major” version upgrade? Just the same, thanks for the hard work.

There is a later version for the mac but you have to pay again. Mac is at 3.2 and the latest is above 4.

This just made my day it did all that they say they do Keep the good work. My itunes library is beautifullllll
