Spent so much time updating my operating system to Mojave in hopes that this app would then be compatible with Apple Music, unfortunately even the 6.0.8 update doesnt allow more than one apple music song to play at a time. The app is still useless to me and I'm not getting the product that I was promised when purchasing the app. Requesting a refund because this is ridiculous. Show more

As a professional DJ, I have been using Megaseg on my MacBook Pro for many, many years and have been really happy with it. The first problems I had were when I recently when I updated Mac's OS operating system to Mojave in December 2018. It caused all kinds of problems with my DJ program, of which MegaSeg wasn't responsible. I contacted MegaSeg support and got several prompt email replies from the developer. We then moved to a two hour screen sharing/phone appointment and he restored everything for me. Megaseg has contacted Apple about all the problems, and they are slowly fixing them with their own updates. I am floored by the great customer care I was provided and and cak on my way to DJ bliss! I purchased MegaSeg DJ for its ability to work with Apple Music. I really enjoyed the service until iTunes updated. Then I Updated to MegaSeg 6 to work around the problem temporarily, now I have a whole new set of problems with the app. Very dissapointed to have made this investment if it won’t work correctly. This is a great DJ App! I have been using it for a couple of years now and I’m still learning some of the cool things it can do. It is a work horse that has never let me down. It isn’t perfect. I have searched for a song that I know I have and MegaSeg didn’t pull it up. I opened my iTunes and looked and there it was. That being said, I was able to just drag it from iTunes into Megaseg and it loaded perfectly. Getting the BPM and pitch just right is also a challenge. This is still, in my opinion the best DJ app I’ve ever used. Show more

I love it …………….!!!!!!!

I've played with quite a few free and paid-for DJ apps for my folk dance classes, where I need to sort music by genre, request, artist (choreographer) and recency of playing. Megaseg is the rock-solid performer in this category with excellent support from the developer. I can now use my Macbook with a data projector to show the current song playing, and the next 5 dances coming up, which the class loves to see… It could do with a tweak on the speed control so it can become pitch/tempo/speed, but all in all Megaseg is as solid as it comes, and the fact it also plays videos (where I can check a dance before teaching it) is a boon. I've been using the demo version for a while and couldn't justify the cost, but now with the intro price, I feel like this is a terrific bargain. This program is intuitive and it's evident it was built for Mac by Mac people. Thanks again! I can't wait for the next party. Show more
