I use this a few times a month… does a great job. I like the video editing features as well… cropping, light, contrast, trim, etc… its a good app.

converted my .mov to .mp4 so that i could watch it on my iphone BUT this app slows down the audio. now its not in sync with the the normal timing and makes me frustrated. fix this please. Show more

This does a good job of converting vids for use on my AppleTV. Occasionally the audio doesn't quite sync with the video after conversion and it takes AGES to convert a video even with a 2.6 i7, but I'm not sure there is any way around that yet. The interface is easy to use compared to others I have tried so all in all I like it and am sticking with it for now. Show more

I was getting the "iTunes can't play this file because it needs QuickTime" error on some older files. I tried the drag n' drop into iTunes like the Apple Support Fourms stated, that was a no go. This program did the conversion likity split (33 music videos in about 3 minutes 1.4 GB to 707 MB). Now I don't need to switch iTunes to 32-bit mode to play the old files. Woot! To the person that complained about only convert to mp4 - um. Click on that mp4 icon - you get loads of formats to convert to. It's mentioned in the documentation I believe I counted 91 formats. I have several birthday clips from my boyfriend to convert. An unknown format mts. (to me ) that I needed to convert it to MP4 played on my iPad. Got it free and it does what I want. No crash and converted video with high quality. That's amazing! I like it so much!! Show more

Totally agree with Phillipchao's review. This app works fast and can convert many formats of videos to my mobile device iPhone 4. Get it for free, its conversion result totally convinces me that free apps also do a good job. And I will try other apps developed by Leawo later. Thank you so much. Show more

i recently downloaded more than a handful of programs and apps that would help me convert VOB to MP4. None worked. Downloaded this one and I must say its amazing. You can just drag everything into the app and click the ok. Also, if you have anything split video or movies, you can choose to merge them together. The only thing that i had an issue with (kinda) is that you can select where you want to save everything to, but it will go back to default once you close it. so settings must be configured when you open. i would go with the default but my computer is almost full so i have to save everything to my external HD. Tried to convert mp1 and mp4 files to mov h264 caused the video to stop and start. Completly unusable, I know it was free when I downloaded it but I would of been upset if I was one of the people who had to pay for it. The program was to good to be true. Show more

Got this application at $6. I thought it might be so-so. But its result gave me surprise. It can convert most of popular video & audio format. Mostly, it wouldn't take me much time to finish a long video conversion. So I can watch them anytime if I want. Show more

Video Converter has an incredibly simple interface that converts to just about every file type; It converts the files with 100% quality the program it is incredibly fast. Very convenient to convert most formats of video. Now i can play videos on my iphone easily. Hignly recommend.

The product handles my main need, converting AVI files to MP4 format for playing on my iPad. Conversation is fast and accurate. Love that I can save my settings for the conversion so I don't need to re-enter it every time. Overall, it is worth the price. Show more

Well, it did convert a video that I tried to see on my Apple TV. But OMG it took sooo long! Like one other person said, I was converting a video close to about 1GB and it took 2 hours and 36 min. So did the job, but don't be in a rush to see the finished product! Show more

I spent 20 dollars on this program and it can't convert a single file! I am constantly getting errors when I try to convert mkv files. All I want is the ability to back up my blu ray discs and stream them through my apple tv is that so hard to ask!?! Show more

Don't waste your precious money on this garbage. Does not open at all or crashes immediately after opening it.
