This app keeps me company when doing my exercises. It prevents me from doing a short count on those that are more demanding. It's like a mini-coach. Plus I don't have to do the tedious counting. I figure out how many reps I can do in a minute and set the timer accordingly. This has many off label uses. Selecting the sound of the beat is a great bonus. Cedar Glen Lakes Show more

I’ve used this app to learn basic drums and guitar, neither good yet but this app is great for keeping time to get better and play with friends. I recommend the pro version if you want to play anything other than 4/4. The interface is nice and simple, features all you need, and you can save favorites. I like that it doesn’t collect data. Why would a metronome need to? I haven’t tried a lot of different apps, but that’s because this one suits my needs. Show more

I am now in my seventies and have been playing the organ since I was 10!! I still love it and practice with my handy dandy user friendly metronome any time I’m working on something that’s challenging. It makes my practice time so effective! Yay? Show more

It’s a rad app.

I like it

The timer makes things simple and easy, so you don’t have to use two apps to practice, although thank goodness it doesn’t stop playing when other apps are on, because I use it with my drone tone app to practice scales. The only thing I would add is a 25 minute timer button on it so you could implement the pomodoro technique more easily, but that’s the only change I would make. Show more

Thank you for letting me try the app. I need a voice count to help me learn and I would buy this except the current voice irritated me because it sounds like a cartoon Martian. Maybe get a real human voice that is pleasant. I would buy it for sure then. ? Show more
