Very limited in theme, not able to change any folors. The interface is very cluttered and not customizabke at all

Just learned that mixer controlling software MUST BE UPDATED, TOO, for this to work. Little or no notice sent out by Presonus AND registration of mixer could be needed for mixer software update!!! Now works (again). Thanks! Previous old review: Have been using for 6 months under IOS 6.1.2 with little issues except occasional "stalling". Now stuck in portrait mode and can NOT access all iPAD functions on 16.4.2 mixer. Agree with other reviews that update is needed as soon as possible. Show more

Well I too had to go through the update process setting up an older board in a restaurant and went through some of the quirks of the set up but it's just like anything thats software based over the past 15 years, you have to make sure that drivers, updates, or anything else is up to date.... not a big deal! I would say this is five stars except they have not updated the graphics as well as the TouchMix latest update which is awesome! But I did speak to somebody on the inside when I was doing my whole process and that dude was super awesome, big thanks! Show more

Remote was used every week. Now the update has caused us to require an extra person just to run the sound board. Bad job of verifying update application.

Just update the app and Universal Control! SIMPLE...

I cannot control the board with my iPad. I can see the board, my levels are bouncing. I have translucent pots. Please send an update to correct

Update: thankful for the future proof 64 bit support but app is now broken Takes some time and resources to set up correctly, but when done correctly have wireless access to our board is amazing, we use it so our musicians can adjust their in ears during practice. I was concerned that we would not be able to use this after moving to iOS 11, so thank you for updating app with 64 bit support!! Show more

Everything is updated per Presonus's mandate but the connection drops every few minutes, making the app unusable. Everything was working fine before the updates. Thanks for nothing Presonus.

this is beyond frustrating!! My screen is all greed out and I can't control anything!! I have tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!! This need to be fixed now!

Up to now I loved this App, I updated it on my iPad and didn't give it another thought until last night at our gig and I couldn't use it since it was greyed out. I tried to update the software on my laptop during the breaks with no success and have spent all morning trying again with no success. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement, we have another gig tonight and here I am scrambing to find a workaround. Please fix this issue ASAP! Show more

The recent update has completely broken this app. My band found this out the hard way at our last performance. We all use in-ear monitors and rely upon this app for our monitor mixes. As the keyboardist and saxophonist, I especially depend upon this app. Fortunately, one of the band members had an older iPhone that hadn't yet been updated, so I was able to use that for my mix. None of the others worked, however, and we had no workaround aside from having the engineer set the mixes during soundcheck. We had to start the show fifteen minutes late due to this failure. I'm happy that they've updated the app, but this rollout was a failure, to say the least. It needs to be fixed ASAP. Show more

After installing the 8/4/17 update, i can connect but all screens remain greyed out. I can see the meters moving (green) beneath the grey, but i cannot adjust/control anything!

Well, most likely I'll come back and revise it to be a four or five star review. Right now it's a one star because they failed to mention in the description that you also need to update Universal Control. As it is, I'm sitting at church without remote control over my StudioLive and no time to update before service. Did I mention that none of my worship team can control their in-ears either? Yeah..... Please, update for iOS 7!!!! The app is crashing ALL THE TIME!!! Please, fix!

App runs for about a min or two and then just closes on its own. Using pc and Windows 10 with 24.4.2

This app hasn't been updated in three years. It works relatively well but it regularly crashes on me when I wake my iPad up from sleep while it is in the foreground. It also really ought to be updated to have retina resolution controls. I would expect an audio investment like a mixer to be supported for many years, not one or two. Show more
