Please get the bugs fixed, this is not a free app and it should work properly

I purchased the app and it worked for a few weeks. Now the app is not working. I was charged a monthly subscription fee but there’s no option to cancel the subscription. Please either fix the app or have an option to cancel the monthly subscription. Show more

There is absolutely no excuse to have a paid subpar app! Get it fixed…I want my KTNN fix without it crashing every 30 mins to an hour. Pay to get a capable developer to fix it once and for all! Show more

Every time I open the app it is nothing but ads playing. When I close the app, it’ll play music for a second then ads come on. I paid for the app, so this shouldn’t be happening. Show more

So far no problem I love listening to this station when I’m out of state or town thanks!

Can you please update the app so the bug issues can be fixed. I enjoy listening but it cut out after every song or minutes later. I know it’s not my service provider or WiFi. Please fix the bugs. Show more

The only thing consistent with this app is that it always shuts off after a few minutes. It’s not a free app, so fix it.

Hey guys I think I figured out how to keep the app from shutting off whenever it wants.. I’m not exactly sure if it will help u all out but I went to my settings and scrolled down to the KTNN app and turned off the “background app refresh” so far it hasn’t shut off. Love my KTNN. Show more

Open the app runs for a few minutes than shuts down every time !! Restart and sometimes it won’t even come on , most of the time you can’t use this app bc it literally shuts down 24/7!!!! Don’t bother paying for it ! Use a different app to listen to KTNN ??? Show more

I think I need to go back to owning an am radio. There are too many problems with this ktnn app. Most of the time it will shut off , and takes a long time to get it to work. Ktnn you should look into why this happens. I have other radio apps and no problems with any of them. Show more

I have an iPhone and when I click on it, it don’t open

It only plays for a coupe of minutes...then nothing .Android app is better

I’ve downloaded the app. Work great the first time I opened it and was able to listen livestream. Next day I opened it and the screen was black. I restarted my phone hoping it’ll solve the issue. It didn’t work. So I uninstalled the app and installed again. It finally worked. Today, I tried to open the app and came back to the same black screen. You’re better off logging onto the desktop and listening. Show more

This doesn’t work.

Okay app, fix the issue where it always pauses on me...

I’ve had this app for over 3yrs and every time I open up the App, the music will play for few minutes and shut off. Then I have to close out the app and restart the app again. On some occasions it will stay on for at least 40mins then shut off again. We pay for this app and we should be able to enjoy it to its entirety. Please fix these bugs. We enjoy the radio station and want to be able to listen on the app. Thank you. Show more

I bought the app on my iPhone, it has played here and there, but it keeps going black and the screen doesn’t respond, wish there was a way I could get my money back, if you have an iPhone don’t download!!! Show more
