I am an ad-free subscriber for a couple of years now and at the end of my subscription. now these guys have disabled all my playlists and forcing me to pay $15 more for pro subscription. this is not acceptable. stupid app and greedy people. Show more

Using this app for few years now and I like it. Quality is so good and the library is huge.

I have spent weeks going back and forth with the Saavn team now for a yearly subscription I didn’t want and asked for a refund for - emailed them literally 15+ times trying to ask for this and they refuse to give me my money back. But they cancelled my account as soon as I mentioned that I didn’t want to pay for another year so now I’m out of money and have no access to my subscription! Absolute trash customer service, just use Spotify tbh. Show more

I enjoyed the app even with the ads. But we cannot use it anymore that way soon. $5 per month is a bit steep. I wish success to the app and the team. I know you have a business to run and make some profit. Show more

Boy I am paying you premium price but you are not making your app error free. Many issues. 1. When I start playing a list app will not show what is currently paying but magically there is something going on at the background. 2. App crashes when I open the app in Apple car play 3. Improve your library as are already charging. Watch the behavior for this subscription. Otherwise next subscription I will quit. Show more

I loved this app for more than 3+ years. Never had a real issue before with it. Recently they had an update and it booted me out of it, and now I am unable to log back in. The reason for the star isn’t so much the situation but because of how awful customer service responses have been. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t provided any insights into how to solve this issue. When my subscription ends, at this moment, I plan to switch apps. Sad ending to an otherwise great experience. Show more

Jio Saavn App search on iOS is broken in USA after iOS16 upgrade. Search just times out, please check and fix.

If I stop playback from Lock Screen, after sometime, the play buttons disappear from the Lock Screen. This is not how a music app works. The play buttons should remain on the Lock Screen. And no Dark Mode even in 2022? The white screens look very distracting on the eyes. Please… I’ll give 5 stars if you resolve these issues Show more

Have been using Jiosaavn for 6 years now. With every update I see something or other doesn’t seem to work. The worst thing is the memory management of the app. Some how even if there are not more than 2 app in the recent list opening jiosaavn app from memory does a reload of the app. ? Show more
