    Needs update
For this much you should have it working with custom pics and videos, please update—I requested a refund and I can’t get it so please either remove this from the store or maintain it properly. Show more

    What a let down
I used to use this app every weekend and loved it now since I updated to ios8 I can't even do the basic functions like import my own videos. For a $24 app you need to keep up with Apple's updates. Now I can't even get a email returned from them. Please get this app back up and running correctly!!! Show more

too bad Zero stars are not available.
worst app for VJing and visualizations period. Who ever has rated this 5 stars obviously has no experience using any actual VJ hardware or software. Lacks features needed by actual professional VJ and live video performance artists. TERRIBLE. Show more

    Very useful utility vj app
Have used in live settings and in a pinch could be all I need to work a vj gig. Have never had the app crash on me. And if I load all videos as m4v, I have room more hours of footage than I have ever needed. That said I like to use the mixer cross fader as a compositional tool not just a way to segue between clips. So one option I would LOVE to see would be to switch the cross fader from a straight dissolve to something more like a tolerance level adjuster on a luma or color key. Even without the option for any real effects I think an option like this would put them miles ahead of all other available VJ apps. That said I thoroughly enjoy this app and have found it immensely useful. Show more

    iPad1 user
Amazing that it runs on iPad1 but it's annoying that Output Size: Fill Screen doesn't actually fill the screen. Going fullscreen in the Apple Videos player doesn't leave any borders so it's technically possible. Maybe someday we'll get an update. Show more

    A Real VJ
Very cool! Easy to learn, easy to work. Great to use with my own content.

Used it for well over a year, love it, use it in front of live audiences.
I felt compelled to rate this product as I don't think it deserves the few stars it has. I use this in a live band setting. I find its very responsive. I've yet to have any performance issues while playing back at any resolution. Yea, I struggled to figure out how to load things but that's the crazy I tunes iOS interface not the app. Just load a usb stick with your video to your pc itunes device. Go to the ipad selection on the left, load it, and look for the apps tab. Go to colorcode and just import from the usb stick. once its linked to itunes colorcode will allow you to add it. i use it on a gen 2 iPad and a new gen ipad one. (Never tried a mini) Only thing I would like to see is the ability to tell the thumb icon what image to use. The app seems just slightly off of what the windows media player or Corel video studio pro system uses so if you have long fade ins of 5-6 seconds it usually just shows a black screen on the thumb. No Support
WAyyyyyyyyyy to hard to get more clips loaded in. I sent several emails asking for step by step instructions. I got one back with a link to a very vague manual. Asked for help several more times. No answer. Why don't they have a company site where you can get more content, with "step by step" instructions? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Too bad, the program works well. It would be nice to be able to load more content - especially because that's what I paid for. Typical "code writer" mentality. Brilliant at code, zero marketing and consumer interface skills. TOTAL FAIL!!! Show more

    Not bad
Not a bad app for mixing two clips back n forth w/ 50% opacity on center. Interface is great, lots of banks, easy loading. Go for 640x360 for 16:9 aspect, 720 or above lags. The bad: No FX..!?! And no layer modes for layering mixing, no back n fourth (forward & reverse) play of clips. For now, TouchVIS is the best option for VJing. Show more
