I down loaded the app on Apple TV and on my iPad and signed up for the “Free Trial” through Apple. I can’t watch anything on either app, I hit play, and it goes the the “Start Fee Trail” screen, over and over again! I got frustrated and ended my “Free Trial” and deleted both apps. I’m done with Qello! Show more

Saw it, installed it, subscribed to it, then when I tried to use the app on my AppleTV I hated it because it wouldn’t work unless I pushed the concert I wanted to watch from my iPad. I reviewed it 2 months ago stating such. Well just after Apples OS 16.1 update of all of my Apple devices it works perfect on my AppleTV. Not sure if it was the app or the AppleTV box, but now that its working correctly I LOVE IT. I can now use all of the features. Again, love the app and service.? Show more

As it says in the title. Video and audio quality are top-notch, and this is hands-down the best library of concerts and docs you’ll find anywhere. But. It’s hard to lose yourself in the music and be constantly reminded of what time it is, and how full your battery is. Please, please push a release of this app with true fullscreen video and zero other status bar cruft. Yours is the only video app I love that doesn’t do that. Show more

Best music app ever created ?

The content offered on this app is outstanding. The only thing that bugs me is how the video automatically plays behind each item on the Home page on my Roku when you scroll to choose a video. Stop and start. Stop and start. Also the screen blacks out for a few seconds every time this happens. At least give the user the option to turn off that feature. While I enjoy seeing the classic rock bands in today’s format, I would much rather see more vintage concerts when the band looks and sounds like I remember them. Show more

The reason I bought the membership of this app was because my administration towards Miguel Bose as well as other Mexican and Latin Singers from the 90’s. La Ley MTV unplugged is a great concert as well as all Miguel Bose concerts that are impossible to buy now since technology and the internet has made it difficult for people to buy the concerts like old times as well as buy them through apple like movies to have them recorded on our tv in order to help us fight our depressions, loneliness or be able to watch again the famous singers and bands that we can’t forget. Even if those bands have split up. But add more talent from the Mexican singers, Spain singers as well as Latino American singers. To show others the strength and beauty that existed before before everything got so divided as we are now. We should teach the younger generations how things were before and by bringing more variety of musicians you will gain more interest to more customers and you deserve it too. Because you are a great business to enjoy and respect. Show more

The selection is good, and the video quality is great. However, the audio only streams at 96 or 128K bps which is very low. Please up the quality of the audio Show more

Really enjoyed the stuff thru your site

It’s great. However, today, you made a glitch when you added Annie Lennox’s “An Evening of Nostalgia” to your concerts when she’s already there. Thus, there are two recording of Annie Lennox’s “Evening of Nostalgia” concert! What should I do? Update: You’ve added an Alice in Chains unplugged concert that’s already there. Also, could you add Video Games Live back? Update 2: Why do you keep removing concerts??? Show more

I would actually pay for this if the app would work on my Apple 4K box. All I can do is stream from my phone and that’s know good when I get a text or a phone call. Everything in my house is slowly being converted to android. So much more options and their phones last more than 2 years. Can’t wait and if your app is on the fire stick I’ll pay for it from them. Add shuffle to my playlist

There is a wide selection of concerts to enjoy. My only tiny complaint is that I wish more of the concerts were in 4K or would be upscale to 4K, but this isn’t Qello’s fault. Still a 5 star experience for me. Show more

i’m kind of upset that I’ve never even heard of this application, it was randomly suggested to me by my Amazon prime video app. But nonetheless I’m very very happy that I checked it out and I’ve been subscribed to it ever cents. I’m a sucker for live performances and what not and the fact that this has such a versatile amount of performances is shocking everyone that’s the music lover said subscribe to this. Show more
