App keeps crashing! Currently not able to use. Please update. It has worked great in the past.

Need help.

In addition to content not currently being available for download, my own tracks still won’t sync through the subscription-based service, and the current update crashes the app about 90 seconds into any song. Does MediaShout just not want anyone to use this app anymore? I guess it’s an acoustic set for worship tomorrow. Show more

For almost 2 months now, paid account holders have been unable to download songs. There has been no communication update nor talk of a timeline when this service will be back online. The Paying customer will still have to wait for this service, but they have no delay taking our money. Hopefully, soon, we can have some resolution. Show more

All mine does is say rotate device to access mixer I try to rotate it but does not work. Don’t wast your time...

I downloaded the app yesterday...and already up and running. The program was fairly intuitive, and easy to navigate. Just remember to save your settings by pushing the "download" button, or else you'll be using the unedited versions of the song. That was the trickiest part for me...but once I figured out the nuisances of the app....it was a breeze. Show more

For the tech challenged musicians/worship leader, this is a great solution. It is easy the use and modify the songs and song sets. For a reasonable monthly fee, you can upload custom songs and loops. Show more

This app is awesome and obviously there are frequent users but it needs a stability update. I’ve had it crash during a few rehearsals by myself and it scares me to think that might happen in worship. I hope someone still monitors this thread and you guys can develop it. Show more

Everything that you want/ need to make his app work needs to be purchased. A simple metronome on this app needs to be bought at he price of $1.99 which I think is over priced for a simple click on each beat. When you first download you have to again download another song just so you can do anything on the app. I hope my review helps you so that you don’t waste your time. Show more

I use this in our small church and it works great. When I have a guitarist, I can mute that instrument. When I am leading and know I won’t be able to devote my attention to keyboard, I can turn that layer on. The price of the songs seems reasonable, but it adds up. The same songs in multi tracks format ranges from $10 to $25 on other sites. The most I have seen in this app so far is $9.99. PLEASE add an auto login option. It is a pain and a distraction to have to login each time I open the app. It makes me sweat when I am on stage and I hope that my finder hits that login button in just the right spot. Show more

Always saying "connection Failure" when creating account to start using it

It's a bit unclear when it comes to instructions.

I like the new version much better but I would like to see if we can be able to get vocal background in all the songs and if you can put the tempo up or down like you did for the key change. The best app ever Show more

Won't even open on iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.1. Seems to work on the iPad.

This app used to work really well and all of a sudden, the play button has disappeared. It has really been a problem for us, as we are a small church and used Band In Hand almost every Sunday. Now it's useless. Bought a bunch of songs that we cannot use. Oh yeah, and don't try to use their "contact" tab, I tried that too, and absoluetly "no reply." Not a good way to sell your product. I grabbed this app because I thought it would be a nice way for me to practice with some background accompaniment. I still believe that. However, I have found that I am unable to play the music. In your screenshots I see the blue buttons for play and tempo adjustments, etc. - but I just have a grey bar with nothing on it. I have power cycled as well as updated to latest 9.1 iOS. I would love to try it out but cannot. Show more
