I wish I paid closer attention to the last version update date when I purchased this with the full Amplitube bundle. Although the main/original Amplitube app was updated in Oct 2014, the Fender, Slash, Jimi Hendrix, and Orange versions have not been updated and are not iOS 8 compatible. Also, this bundle of separate apps makes no sense. Yes, the Fender, Slash, Jimi Hendrix, and Orange versions are separate stand-alone apps, instead of being in-app purchases within the main Amplitube app, which would make much more sense and be more useable. They've made it impossible to mix and match the amps, cabs, and effects between them. It's also a bit of a ripoff that the bundle does not include the multitrack recorder, and if you want it, you have to purchase it separately for each of the Amplitube apps. Given how happy I've been with other IK MultiMedia products, like the iRigs, of which I own 3, the Amplitube family has been a bit of a disappointment. Show more

Would be more stars with reverb, but sounds good nonetheless.... Needs to be updated so you can restore purchases into amplitube!!!

Why am I not getting any sound thru my ipad using slash amplitube?

I have always been in awe of Slash's guitar playing! The greatest rock guitarist of my generation. His playing is versatile, heavy, hard, and tight. This app would be great for anyone who plays rock/medal/blues. Many different effects are available for a great assortment of sound. Great purchase and worth every cent!!! Show more

They tell you that comes with a wah distortion... I am still looking for it, because my packed just came with 5 stomp, not 6 as they say! How can I do a complain about it? Show more

No iOS 7 support. Won't work at all

Don't even waste your money! Way overpriced! Get real pedals because this is all just a gimmick to make you waste your money! Beyond disappointed! RIP OFF!

Its not working! When the apps start the program crash I need my money back

Any add on items like this can not be combined with any other Amplitube products apps. Please fix this. I have spent a lot of money on your products and just want everything in one app. You must buy everything as an in app purchase . Do not purchase separate . Show more

Wouldn't say you plug in and sound like Slash,but I don't want to sound like anyone but me anyway.With that being said,it's sounds very Marshall like,and the effects work pretty well,fairly accurate renditions of their physical counterparts.That is what I was hoping for,and wasn't disappointed.Just a jamming rig for me,and it does that pretty well. PS: IK how about a Jimi Hendrix Amplitube for iPad....:) Next! Show more

I friend of mine has amplitube 3/pc and he was able to get the slash tone after many amp/stomp configurations. Once this app came out I believed it was just plug the guitar on and start playing...not even close. Show more

I purchased this today played with it for a few, and love it. Very smooth sounds especially the Slash head.

I've been waiting for an app like this for a long time and this one certainly doesn't disappoint. I bought this specifically for the AFD100 sim, and it's about as spot on as you can get without chucking out the 5k for the real thing. Worth the 10 bux. Show more
