I have used this app for a very long time. This is a 5 star app and is perfect as is. If there is one request I would like to see added it would be Apple Watch Compatibility. What I envision is being able to record ideas and found sounds directly into Audioshare from my watch. Use case #1: Whistle / Hum an idea and have Audioshare capture it from my watch. Use case #2: Recording found sounds directly into Audioshare from my watch. Maybe create a record now function that captures ideas / sounds from the watch and records them into Audioshare. Show more

I wrote a review for this app along time ago, but it must have not shown up. If you make any SERIOUS music on your iOS devices, you need this app. This app and Audiobus are literally the two apps that anyone should have as an iOS audio artist. Yes, back in the day we had a AudioCopy, which did what it could to help us at the time, BUT nothing like this app has happened to bridge the gap between audio files, grabbing audio, transferring audio, normalizing, quickly, editing, or anything else one needs on an iOS app to help you with your audio files. I know someone on here complained that the app has not been updated in two years, but it hasn’t crashed on me since I beta tested it over five years ago. Honestly, I don’t think it ever crashed when I beta tested it for a short time. I’ll personally know if it ever crashed or had any issues- the developer would be on it very quickly to address any issues. I don’t particularly see why it needs any updates as it does everything it needs to do. It is very rare that an app doesn’t need any updating for sometime and still works and still is important and useful. Everyone I know who makes music (I know a ton of DJs and a ton of artists) that asks me about iOS audio (i’ve always was a DJ and got into making music, but really got into the iOS scene about 11 years ago) I tell them this is one of their top apps to get. Yes, there are many apps to make music on the iOS platform, but if you make music on the iOS platform you are basically at the mercy of Apple, and Apple has never really embraced the iOS device as an audio tool until the last few years. We can only be thankful that this developer and a handful of other developers spent their hard earned time for little money to make these apps that seem so insignificant to some people, but they are so significant when it comes to making any music in the iOS realm. This app will always be on my top three apps that you have to have to make any form of “real“ audio on your iPhone, or your iPad. It doesn’t cost more than a trip to Starbucks and you will have an app that will help you navigate the entire realm of audio on your iOS device. I will always love this app, and I will always be pro AudioShare. Most of us who use higher end audio apps on our iOS devices are lucky enough to have this app attached to the apps we use. Spend the 10 bucks or whatever it is on this app. Honestly, you won’t be upset. You can import almost any file, you can pull audio from video, you can normalize audio, trim, you can export it to almost any app that matters, and you can also organize your files flawlessly with this app. I am not biased either. If I thought that this app crashed or had any flaws, I would be the first one to contact the developer, and if I didn’t hear back, then I would be the first one to write a poor review. fortunately, I’ve never had to because this app has always been right on and I am sure when it needs to be updated it will be. This app has saved my butt so many times at so many gigs. This app rocks and honestly if you are serious, just buy it. You will not be disappointed. Show more

This app is it! I have not put it down since I first got it! I now have over 140 saved samples, to use live, looping while I am creating patches on my model 15, modular Moog synthesizer app for I pad and iPhone. I Just wish it could do everything, but that is not its job… it is perfect for getting your sample ready to use in other apps for producing your multi track. Thank you, for rising above the rest, & giving us such an essential app for Daw! Show more

My only ask: please build in a player with a shuffle function for the library! Then it would be absolutely perfect

This app has completely put my piano and violin playing in alphabetical order. I only put them on AudioShare until they sound quite good to me. They are just for me to listen. I record them in Multistudio which is wonderful .I can also record directly on AudioShare but not so easy to play both instruments like I can do easily on multistudio. Show more

If you are using any iOS device to make music in any capacity you definitely want this app. I would be lost without it, and so would all of my samples and loops! Show more

I kept coming back to this app for sometime before I finally pulled the trigger. Honesty I have no clue what I did before purchasing this app. It’s beyond an audio file management system. It’s a amp’d up recording machine that seldom ever crashes! I love the tools and convert options. This app has free’d up so much internal space on my phone it’s ridiculous. The seamless AUM integration is without a doubt another great of many more features!! I didn’t have to use the Wi-Fi transfer file option up until last month ( I’ve owned this app well over a year ) and let me tell you , that was really nice and useful :) … I would love to see this app get an update or even a paid version 2 with even more features. Simple useful features, we don’t want to take away from the beauty this baby already is!!! Suggest a MP3 conversion added to the list please. Also a way to stay zoomed in without having to hold the toggles ? Those are simple suggestions… app is 5 stars! Show more

Find it a great app really works well between other music apps and helps you to share just about everywhere .. Great for Music all I know..

It’s just so useful and easy to use as a one-stop shop to prepare, organize and edit audio files. There are other apps that do some combination of what this does but in general this is my go-to most of the time. Between this and Apple Files I can get 99% of my audio file organization done very quickly and reliably. Show more

Question - Update: Can you add a balance so we can listen to either left or right? I have a bunch of files where the melody is on left and harmony on right. This way I don’t a]have go digging in the settings. Or is there an app you can recommend to pull up all this including equalizer? A must have! DEVS: Any possibility of adding a two finger zoom function? Would really speed up editing.

No nonsense gets the job done.

This is marketed as "a sound file manager with powerful import and export" features. How can you write that? 1. No iCloud support - how many years have you had to implement it? 2. Dropbox is slow, inconvenient, and requires a subscription to be useful. 3. Built in web server only downloads *one* file at a time, making it *useless*. I use Voice Memos and Files (both native apps, obviously with iCloud support), and my life is *so much better for it*. Goodbye, AudioShare. It was mediocre while it lasted. Show more
