It’s a great application ?

We recently purchased a Tonor karaoke machine. The StarMaker lite app does not connect to it, like all the other apps do. We even tried buying the paid version. I can do it on my iPhone, but not on the machine. Please help?!! Show more

I love this so far but I accidentally deleted it and now I’m crying from regret ???

Quality of songs are all not good quality , wrong sync of lyrics, some vocals are just poorly cancelled using very poor software, most are just submitted by members. As a social singing app this is excellent but it is so open that a lot of predators and maniacs are using the video sharing to exhibit themselves. Reporting such criminals to administration does nothing but just reporting. And lastly as a member you are always in a situation where your account will be terminated, banned or even hacked by another member . In addition to these I also do not like the multiple accounts they may put in your initial registration. An account which is just a member and cannot join anything. It is very uncomfortable and always in a worry that if your account you develop for so long was hacked or banned. There is no way for you to easily create another valid account unless you reset or buy a new phone and also make new emails. Etc. i put three stars because aside from these worries, it still gives a little bit of enjoyment to your singing hobby Show more

I love this StarMaker App but the problem is, the yearly membership of $129.99 is too expensive compared to Smule that is only $39.99 per year and I had been a Smule Member since 2016. I hope that the StarMaker membership fee is the same as the Smule Membership Fee. If that possibly happens, I will definitely be a Star Maker member. Show more

Showing the user online and displaying last seen in inbox messages and family space is not needed for this app. This is a singing app, not a messenger app for communication. Unusual expectations will develop amongst singers with these visible features and cause chaos. Please turn off this feature and let singers focus on singing and stop promoting the spying aspect! This app is good but can be better if you fix the issues , During singing app gets glitch and that’s why recording get skipped from few lines ,im using this app in iphone and still this problem is happening and when we pause the recording and unpause it then recording start from upper line that i already sang because of this the already sunged part get erased , the song didn’t go automatically in drafts if suddenly app gets closed by mistake but smule app have this feature when i record something there then app automatically draft my last track and ask me to continue editing last track but in starmaker there not that feature .last day i sang a song and my i was editing song and writing caption for song but i just locked my device for few minutes but I didn’t closed the app but when I opened the lock the app was on but my recording was gone and that is the biggest problem in this app ?? It doesn’t make sense to me when this is a karaoke app to all of a sudden say can’t play my song covers due to copyright restrictions.I just saw that today and it is really annoying me. Show more

This app is pretty good for singing karaoke and sending samples out to bands you want to front. But there are way to many bots. They send you nice comments, but cmon, who wants a comment or like from a robot. Show more

On 1/2/2021 I downloaded the app and created an account. I recorded countless songs, sometimes taking hours to get a song just right. Last month I try to log in as always on my iPhone and to my complete horror discover that I’m logged out (I never logged out before) and can’t sign back in! I tried the email I signed up with, my phone #, other email, but all I get is a message that this email is not associated with an account EVEN THOUGH literally I have an email from 1/2/21 from StarMaker Lite confirming that I created an account!! There’s no way to email someone who can possibly help because they tell you to log into the app in order to send an email. How ridiculous! My playlist is gone! My hard work is gone! How could this app treat its users this way?!?!!! Show more

You forced me to update now the app does not work. Everything is blank and empty. Very annoyed.

They make so much $$$ but they have the worst customer service there is out there. Incompetent admins who don’t even bother replying to hour concerns!!!

Starmaker fix these 2: Don’t use microphone when I’m in a chat room but not on seats. Don’t paste my clipboard without my permission . 1 star until u fix
