I love having this subscription! I love the live concerts as well as the archives! I haven’t figured out how to down load concerts to listen off line yet (it’s only been a couple of years). I consider myself a “SuperUser” with computers and the like but for-the-most-part do not find this interface all that smooth or intuitive. I think it would be nice to have 24/7 chat support even it it were contracted out. The subscription has been “hounding me to re-up for almost a year and my subscription goes through to June ‘23. Asking me every time I sign on is no way to buy my loyalty. I HATE the nagging. I wanted to purchase a gift subscription for a friend, usually these are very plain to see, there is a special if you renew, you get something off on a gift subscription…but I could not find even a mention of gift subscriptions even with searches???? It just seems like you have to work way too hard to find information for the basics. Gift subscriptions should be right at the top during the holidays if any time for birthdays, etc. I can’t find it or instructions anywhere. Show more

The high quality live stream is always exciting to watch. As good if not better is the massive library of past concerts. This helped us get through the pandemic shutdowns. Bravo! Show more

What a delight to experience the finest orchestra in the world from the comfort of my home, while relaxing with my iPad.

Lossless high resulution audio is a huge improvement on the sound side.A very attractive and outstanding app. It remains though for the sound technicians to decide on one standard setting,and not various different microphone levels from concert to concert.A recent example is the latest concert 10/29 marred by a tendency to underexpose the violin section so we get a 1 1/2 canal stereo effect.-You newer know what unmusical sound engineer is in the control room.They ought to get the sound right. Fantastic!

An annual subscription isn’t cheap but when you consider how many amazing performances are available, this is a great experience. The tech team deserves as much applause as the musicians and crew. 4k video, Atmos audio, CarPlay support…the dev team is making it easy to have fantastic quality on TV, iPhone, iPad, car. Thank you so very much for your Saturday night productions that provide for me a delightful late breakfast of classical music (10:00AM in LA). I make it a very special event, preparing a quiche or a soufflé, followed with champagne or mimosa. Lately, I have had comments from the neighbors to please increase the volume so that they can enjoy, too! (Usually they are asking to tone it down when practicing cello, piano or both.) Show more
