It’s honestly easier to use the TicketOmaha website to buy tickets, but you’re forced to use the mobile app to view any tickets you purchase. The app rarely loads on the first (or second) try and the interface is quite clunky. Other than seeing tickets 48 hours before an event (again, if the app can load properly), the app serves no purpose better than the website can. Show more

Makes me take a health survey to get tickets. Health survey doesn’t load. Rinse and repeat.

Forced to use an app that doesn’t work. Have no idea if I will be able to get into tonight’s show for which I paid a lot of money for the tickets. There is no help online for this horrible app and the ticket Omaha office is open from noon to 5pm. That’s it. Five hours a day. Show more

According to instructions sent by Ticket Omaha after purchasing tickets, I was told to download the app and then navigate to My Account and then My Tickets. However, the app says it cannot connect to data when I open it. I'm very savvy regarding technology, and I'm writing this review using the same “data connection” the app claims I don't have. If the company makes this app the only way to deliver tickets, perhaps they should invest in it and care about their customers. Show more

It’s so bad! Said I have a ticket to Hamilton but doesn’t show the ticket. Doesn’t show the seat number or row or anything. The only reason I gave you guy’s my cell phone is because that is how I thought I was getting my ticket. Well good I took screenshots of my receipt. So maybe that is my ticket? It says tickets will be available 48 hrs prior to the show but mine isn’t there. Show more

The day before the show and the app isn’t working! And no one at the box office to help. This is the only way to access my tickets?!! Horrible.

User experience for me was much better with recent update to the app! Easy to information and purchase tickets.

I’m a Broadway season subscriber and often swap or add an extra ticket. While I can see what shows I have tickets for, it does NOT show the number of tickets I have and/or purchased! Should at least be able to see/confirm what you have, even if can’t download until the day before. Considering how much one pays for tickets to live performances, rather unnerving to not be able to confirm what you purchased on the app. Show more

Why are tickets more expensive on the app and have an increased fee?

I was pretty underwhelmed by this app. Force to use it to get tickets, but it isn’t really good for anything else. Why not just send me the tix by text and avoid the app. The app looks like it was done as a high school class project. Not flashy, minimal functionality. I guess I expected more from Tickets Omaha. There website is pretty nice. Show more

There is no point to offer an app if you can’t select seats and purchase your tickets. This app is non-functional in my opinion. Make it useful!

The app is unusable for purchasing if you want to know where your tickets are located within the venue before you buy. There is no way of choosing the section that you prefer, only a price level. Show more

Good app for seeing how many seats are left. But no seating chart showing seats remaining, or even a static chart so you can place your seats. If they could add a sight lines pic for each area, that would be optimal. Show more
