I’m able to listen to the shows I love no matter where I am

It allows me to listen to one of my favorite radio stations whenever I wish.

Been using this app for years to live stream WYPR for years. There was a period of time when there were multiple sponsor interruptions an hour. Thankfully, That has been corrected. Still some glitches and streaming interruptions. Overall love the radio station and will continue to listen and contribute to the service that they offer. Show more

Love to listen to the Morning Show in the morning when getting ready for work and commuting. Easy to use and great variety of podcasts.

App often troubled with wi-Fi disconnects, gaps in service requiring re-downloads, etc. Navigation to other stories awkward. Drop outs and pauses require listening to introductory advertisements repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly. NEVERTHELESS, App is a necessary evil as WYPR is great. Show more

Since I’m not commuting these days, I’m loving the WYPR app to get my NPR dose. It’s simple to use and very sharp. Nice job!

Now that I rarely drive it’s my favorite way to stay connected to local, national and international news

I wanted to give the app a one star because the radio identification / sponsorship interruptions are far too many; however, these interruptions only seem to be during certain programs. We cannot listen to WAIT, WAIT! Don’t tell me. and other Saturday to programs, because the announcements will come on every few minutes and last a good 20 seconds. We have been using the app for a good while now, so perhaps it’s a glitch in he latest upgrade. Show more

It has been my “go to” on my iPad since the pandemic and sheltering in place at home.

I love this app and use it everyday. I haven’t listened to the on demand content. My primary use is WYPR live stream. It occasionally glitches and can’t get reception. I agree with other reviewer that the “sign in” page is a bit annoying but I just skip it, as it isn’t required. But all in all great app. Show more

Today is a glitchy day as in when you open the app nothing happens. Nothing plays. And when you hit the button for tech support, the app closes. Consistency is a must. When it works, it works well (and looks great) love the graphics. But today it is NOT working. Please fix the app! Show more

recently moved to baltimore and happy with WYPR’s app. works great for streaming with a plethora of information/news/stories. :) thanks!

Wish I could rate this higher, but as I was listening to live news coverage, I got two commercial interruptions within a few minutes apart of each other.
