Great for live dub. The pitch changes with the delay time, like a proper old delay. Many apps get that wrong. Feedback control goes to way over 100%, allowing immediate self-generation. Works fine on iOS 11. Show more

This is one of the original great iPad effects apps and still working very well for real-time audio manipulation.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! Absolutely awful with no useful instructions, only links to stupid time-wasting video tutorials. Really stupid waste of money.

There is no app that gets as many feature packed updates as Echo Pad. This one is worth way more than the asking price. Regular updates with new features, effects, and improvements are the hallmark of this app. If you create or play music of any kind, develop or utilize sound effects, or just like to experiment with sound, you should have Echo Pad in your tool set. Versatility, stability, and high quality make it a must have. As a bonus, few developers are more tuned-in to the needs and desires of their customers — very refreshing. Show more

Best delay on iOS. Definitely spend some time exploring its hidden bits—there’s a lot on offer! Like, way way more than you would think from the simple interface. Before Holderness branched out into separate effects apps, Echo Pad was his development playground. Show more

I use a fraction of what this app can do. Mainly, I hit the random generated effects, ??? and !@#?, and work with that. Great for adding spice/weirdness to my live electronic music. Show more

This is a monster echo / delay / whatnot app... One of the most reliable and powerful effects processor...You have loads of FX (18 or something), and if you're lazy to tweak, there are two randomize buttons, one more subtle, and the other is crazier :) I particularly love the 8-bit echo and decimator for my chiptune-like tracks Show more

Great app. Super versatile. Really makes me consider dumping my hardware.

I can't say enough about this great delay, and the developer too. With all the different options for tweaking the tone of the repeats and adding effects like distortion and flanger, there is no end to the possibilities for experimentation. But I love it for capturing warm tape echo and bucket brigade analog tones too, not to mention pristine digital delay. What really blows me away is the developer's responsiveness. Not only did he write back immediately to answer questions, but the latest update added a specific feature I requested (tap tempo midi), which made an already great app even better.
