By going premium it has made the worst choice ever. Unfortunately I have to Uninstall it because of the choice.

I used to love Gaana app. But past few months it would not play the next song on my list. Last month I found out it’s because they put all those songs under subscription. So I decided to pay for subscription. When I logged on it rejected my number saying it was not registered and wouldn’t let me register on my number so I registered via email and paid for subscription and guess what all the latest and tending songs are not even on this app anymore if u want to listen to bhajan and old songs no one listens to this is the app for u. I have water my money on this and can’t get it back even though it hasn’t been a month yet. I feel I have been scammed out of my money and am very disappointed. There’s is absolutely zero new songs if u open something like workout song there like 3 songs in it like really I m going to workout for 10min ???? Show more

Please do not subscribe to gaana. Iam an international user and had a very good experience with the free version. I subscribed to the service and find most of the songs are not accessible I do not know how the experience is in India or other countries. There is no customer support. The chat bot keeps displaying old message you cannot communicate your current problems. Stay away from this app. Show more

It says you can’t use the app your data is deleted ?

I feel it is waste of money, can’t find latest bollywood songs, while selecting song keep asking “Retry”, no updates after reporting issue over chat. Not happy at all. All hindi songs they have is bhojpuri movies, they should have a filter to remove it. Can’t recommend to anyone. Show more

Paid for a yearly subscription and it’s utter garbage. Mostly all new songs & radio stations are gone, same old songs from probably a year ago and that too in minimal selection. Customer service is non existent. I think the company is run by some scammers. Show more

Pretty old collection + searching songs using name and movie album is awful. Despite of paying for a year feels like having conversations to cancel subscription

When ever I connect to CarPlay and open ganna app, it’s get crashed . Can you fix this.

Tried quiet a few times by email to resolve my problem, did not get a single reply back. After purchasing premium service on 11-20-22, was able to search anything new but only my old saved playlists etc. cancelled my subscription on 12-19-22. Show more

Terrible customer service or should I say nonexistent. The company has missed to fix the most basic functionality, which is the user login. I signed up using my phone number, and now I can’t access my account as I can’t receive the OPT. Show more

Purchased a 12 month subscription back in September. While the money is being deducted every month, they are yet to upgrade my membership which still appears as free. All my efforts to reach out to their team has failed. Skip this horrible application unless you like getting cheated. Show more

I am a paid prescriber of this app. I am utterly dissatisfied with the functionality- there is so much nonsense on the home page- I cannot access old Hindi or Punjabi songs that I could easily access when it was a free service for me. I cannot access any playlist for kishore Kumar, Lata mangeshkar etc. I see the option but when I click on it, it says Gaana cannot access the list. Any song that I search for- example- kesariya- I can’t find it. What’s the use?? U have to fix this app otherwise u are going to lose your paid prescribers. The other apps are much more user friendly. And the worse part is- there is no customer service. No one to call to fix the problem Show more

Do not purchase subscription if you are in US. Zero support from Gaana plus I don’t see any Bollywood music except for selected 50-100 songs.

Charged me on India subscription and charged me again in usa. Also there is not much collection of songs. Stay away.

I paid for 1 yr and my subscription is still not activated yet .. contact customer service numerous times but no response .. very Disappointed
