Impressive and really handy!

I have spent countless hours searching the web for scale diagrams with the proper fingering and have printed out hundreds of pages of material. It has seriously taking over my practice time. I found this app today just browsing the App Store and I can’t believe it’s been there this whole time. Have only been using a couple hours and feel guilty that I’m not paying for. Wow! Amazing app, easy to use. Learn all the scales in different keys as well as the notes that associate with them. Scales can of course be boring to practice but extremely important and I find this app fun to do so. Show more

So I gave this free app a bad review because it came with adds but it was after I purchased Guitar Scales & Chord Power. I didn’t realize the picture in the icons were identical and I was opening the free version with adds. So the developer was kind enough to reach out to me and suggest I delete the free version and how to tell the 2 apps apart. The free app is great to see how it works and play around with but I recommend buying Guitar Scales & Chord Power, I love it. Here is my first review below, my apologies to the developer: I can’t tolerate buying an app and then to find Google advertisements constantly running only to distract you from what you want to be doing. I can see free apps having advertisements but I didn’t see anywhere when I purchased this app that it came with ADVERTISEMENTS! My bad!!! It would probably help if the developer changed the picture so it would be easy to differentiate between the 2 the apps. I am super happy I bought the paid app! Show more

One of the best apps I have. Ease of use is just that easy. I play a lot and after about 2weeks using, I've learned over 6 scales and , makes playing to backing tracks to scale super easy. Keep it up guys. Show more

This app is A gift to guitarist who are working on their lead playing it's absolutely perfect!

I liked this a lot and suggested it to friends but with the latest version it buggy. It's stuck on landscape, you no longer can move your view up and down the fretboard and there is extra info that might be nice if you could toggle it off but right now it just makes the fretboard view smaller. Great app!!

I like this app because that is how I first learned my scales covering 5 positions. Just remember if you want to get "the cool sounding scales" you got to play the right chords under them. This will get you on your way to get ready for more extended scales . For a free app you can't ask for anything more Show more
