The app worked great on my iPad Pro for months, but now I am receiving a ‘Mixer version error’ for version 1.60. Please fix.

Updated to the latest version 1.6, after having version 1.5, in December 2017. Lost the ability the change the mix with the blue button on the IPad. The blue mix button is not even there now. Doesn't make sense to have the app to do everything else, but not make changes to the aux mixes. You were able to do this before the latest update. Show more

This app has worked well with our churches GLD 112 on an iPad Air 2. Simple interface that gives us what we needed to run remote. Timely update to support IOS 11 Show more

The app interface is intuitive and it was easy to get it up and running. However, v1.50 is not compatible with mixer version v1.40 (rev 13807 ) unfortunately, so it is no longer working, but I hope the problem will be fixed. Update: I was able to download an older version of the app using a tedious process (Google: "Download old iOS apps"). However, it would make more sense to have a version selector of some kind in the app. Show more

This app has been very useful to the workers in my sound room at my church. It's simple, and doesn't have a great deal of features; but it has features where it counts. The issue is, the app hasn't been updated since 2015, and the iOS 10 update is causing some sort of compatibility issue. This issue is causing the app to lag in network connectivity. Loses connection constantly. Very rarely do channels reflect board settings. Wish it worked, one of the reasons we bought this board was for the iPad connectivity.

Great app. Easy to use BUT (and this is a big BUT) we created user profiles on our console to lock down access to certain features (EQs, etc.) for certain users. Works great on the console, but the app still gives full access to all features. Completely defeats the purpose of creating user profiles to begin with... Show more

Since the last update several months ago I have NOT been able to connect to our GLD80. It worked fine prior to the last update. The app will not find/recognize the board. Please fix. Show more

I like the app but having no backward compatibility is not acceptable. I am sure that most people allow their iOS device to auto-update apps and were therefore (not) pleasantly surprised when GLD remote no longer connected to their 1.4x board. Luckily I had an old version sitting in iTunes that I was able to copy over. I would suggest some level of backward compatibility or a way to easily provide the old versions for people who still need it. Not everyone is ready to jump on new board firmware. We need time for the bugs to be worked out. Show more

The latest (1.50) update broke the connection to our GLD-80. It sees the board, but does not progress to the user login. (Same issue with GLD OneMix.) I wouldn't post this here, but the website has no facility for iOS app support. Update: I was able to roll back to v1.4.1 of the app and re-connect to the board. [4/25/2015] Update: The developer is now indicating in the app's description that the app *requires* firmware version 1.50 on your board. Revision 1.50 is not allowing remote connection is there a fix for this need by Sunday

We're using the GLD 112 and the latest iOS app will not connect to the system

Nearly unusable at this point as actually selecting a channel is next to impossible. I spend more time fussing with the app than mixing. Eagerly awaiting an update!

I love this! Love being able to mess with my own mixes from on stage and behind the set. But lately after the latest update I've been have a problem. A pretty big one actually. When mixing whether for myself, the other musicians, or even the house...there are some channels that just won't respond. No volume control, muting control, or processing. I find myself having to go back to the board to adjust these. And it's just random channels like keys or my click or MP3 player etc. I would really love some help if possible. Thank you :) Show more

I like this app a lot, but (I hope Allen and Heath you are listening) one of the glaring features is the lack of scene recall. In our church if the sound guy is out it would be awesome if I could change scenes from the stage. This would make this app a must have for any GLD system. Allen and Heath PLEASE do this!!!!!!!!!
