We need a firmware update to improve the low range for Bluetooth connection between multiple speakers. The partyup feature doesn’t consistently work even when you activate the sticky function on both speakers. The app doesn’t report accurate battery levels for the speakers. Show more

Every time I use this app there are nothing but glitches. I love to entertain and it’s the most annoying thing to be mid conversation with someone and then the speakers start disconnecting and making noises. Show more

Before it will play music it would like access to every app and permission you have. For you Amazon music listeners that includes access to your credit cards and full access to your entire Amazon account. same for Apple Music Buy and use this, and guaranteed your credit card information will end up being used for something malicious somewhere else. Hope this doesn’t affect my social credit score with the manufacturers government bosses. Show more

It’s getting better. Connectivity is improving. The best way to turn off the speaker for optimal connection is only though the app. Party Up has never really been an issue for me Show more

I own multiple Boom n megaboom speakers. They are good speakers thus my purchase of multiple of them. Then comes the app. If I can rate it lower than one star I will. Reading all the negative reviews it had garnered but nothing done to fix it, my next purchase will NOT be a UE! This company does not have the interest of their customers in mind. Show more

Add Spotify to the instant playlist ability then it’d be perfect!

Seemingly zero firmware updates past few years. Speaker now consistently cuts out sound. Awful support. Would give zero stars if I could.

These speakers have so much potential, but the app needs some work. i’ve noticed that people have been complaining about it for over a year and nothing has been done. It’s sadly disappointing that the speakers cost so much and the developers aren’t taking the time to update these apps for the speakers. I myself have two hyper booms and two mega booms, and can’t listen to all of them all at once, without it cutting out or loosing connection. Why has nothing been done? Why is Apple letting these developers get away with such low ratings.. We pay good money for Quality speaker but the app can get a decent update for over a year? Can we get this reviewed and fixed? How many people have to put a bad review to get this resolved? Fix this and I guarantee you it will make those ratings go back up and sell more product. Thank you Unsatisfied Customer Show more

Have used this app before for an older version of the Boom speaker. Recently bought a wonderboom. Why isn’t this app compatible with wonderboom 3? Would be nice!

Very disappointed. The sound was great but the speaker will no longer charge less than 2 years old!

I love the speakers but I really need them to play in sync. I’ve reinstalled app, turned speakers on and off, I’ve even told Bluetooth to forget the device and reconnected, nonetheless nothing…. I just noticed the app hasn’t updated bugs and given fixes in a year!? Have they dropped the product support? Certainly seems so. Show more

Why is the Wonderboom 1 not supported on any app..? Its still Ultimate Ears and its worth about 100$

The app acts the the speaker is not on. I would not expect this from a Logitech device.

I got multiple megabooms thinking how fun- They can all play together. when in stereo mode, it stutters every 20 seconds or so. Completely unlistenable. Return your speakers! App hasn’t been updated in a year. Sad Show more
