It’s great when it works! Getting it to work is a whooole other animal. I couldn’t figure out why the music would not play when it says “Connected” in the Bluetooth settings. I had to read the reviews and try “Forget this device”, relearn the device, and BINGO. Finally got it to play. Dear technical support team Let’s not forget this is a mobile app that is to work in cars the first time, every time, we need it to connect. People are expecting to drive in their vehicle’s with their favorite music playing, right away. Not so much troubleshooting why the Bluetooth device reads connected but not working, as we swerve back on the road. Plus with this updated app I cannot change the radio station if I needed to. When I first got it installed with Crutchfield technical support, they helped me get it to work. After getting a new phone this new app doesn’t seem to give me all options. Do I really have to call for tech support and complain that this isn’t working 100%? I will have to deal with the frustrations of pleating with the wife and/or kids as to how to troubleshoot my radio. And because I didn’t get in the car first to fix the radio,”FM radio is fine for now.” I then get the “Stay focused on the road before you kill us all!” Thanks Show more

Just upgraded to the latest iOS system, and now my phone will no longer connect.

Please please do an update! The sound quality was amazing on my galaxy s10. Switched to iPhone 11 and now I have nothing. #FML

Piece of junk. Never connected. Never works. This garbage has 2 stars for a reason.

I would also give it a 2 star review, but it is better than the only other written review leads it to be. It gets the job done. It’s not a very fancy app, but it does work and while it can be frustrating that is just the frustration of the Bluetooth system it is connected to and not the app. Show more

It never want to let my phone connect I literally go back and forth between Bluetooth and this app tryna connect nothing works

I believe it’s time for the app to update again because it’s starting to get iffy

So, I have the regular tranzit blu, not the HF version and now the APP is not even available in the App Store anymore. The version I have installed doesn’t even start up anymore, so I guess that means the Tranzit BLU is obsolete now? Nice!! (being sarcastic). Show more

Extremely terrible app. If a professional suggests this app tell them no! The creators of this app clearly don’t care about what they created, extremely sad.

So hard to connect. Some days works fine, others it’ll not work at all. Using with iPhone. I’d pull it out if I could

Did someone solve the problem? I think I found a solution!!!!

1. I have to go into Settings Bluetooth to connect every single time I want to play music. 2. When my husband drives my car, he can’t connect his Samsung 8 unless I manually go into my iPhone to disconnect Bluetooth. If he leaves without remembering to ask me to disconnect iPhone, he’s stuck with the music. The perfect app would our phones and auto connect as soon as we get into the car. Show more

I am wanting to buy this product tranzitblu but upon seeing these reviews, it seems you guys dont update the app leaving it to be a non functioning product. Why sell it at $80 if its worthless. Ill call tomorrow to ask whats the deal. Show more

This app is completely broken for me. It doesn't detect that I'm connected to my Tranzit Blu HF. The device itself is nice, though.

App is useless on iPhone X does not let you change frequency at all on iPhone X.

Want to be able to add multiple devices

Worked 100% perfectly until the latest iOS update (11.3). Now, it can connect to my vehicle but can’t stream anything - phone or music.

I can’t even download this anymore and I have it installed in my car. Please fix these glitches it’s really bothersome.

Worked great when I had my iPhone 6S but just recently not the iPhone 7 and this app doesn’t support the 7 or iPhone 8, COME ON APP DEVELOPMENT TEAM. Seriously, release a quick patch to update the app so I can use my Bluetooth system again. Show more

Great concept but somehow distortion of sound is more pronounced than clarity, I’ve had to take my phone off Bluetooth to use it. Please update again, it’s now February.
