We love BEAMZ! We have all types of adults of all levels of abilities and EVERYONE feels successful in my music classes when we pull out the BEAMZ unit! I have used the Beamz with a Windows laptop, which isn’t my first choice. The digital version is A-MAZING! Everything is right there on my phone or iPad! I cannot wait to share with my students! They are going to flip! I’m thinking this could be an awesome virtual tool in our current back to school normal. Thanks! Show more

Fun application for creative music making with a wide range of instruments. More interesting to play versus than the music apps that just play loops and electronica sounds. The sound precision of some of the instruments is amazing. Show more

This is a fun app, similar to garage band but you can play along with songs and use different sets of instruments. I also like that you can record the songs you play. I would definitely recommend! Show more

Oh my goodness! This is so cool. Its been a while since i used an actual Beamz full size model so new for me to try the digital version! A lot of fun! Makes me wish i had grandkids to share it with! Will definitely have to try some of the downloads! Show more

I'm a music teacher in a center school for students with severe disabilities. I use a lot of technology to provide access to music for my students. It's the thing that they all can enjoy and be successful in. It also is a way to meet so many of their needs. Beamz is a very generous app that provides astecic musical experiences with sophisticated choices. I'm particularly interested in how it will work on a Tobii for a student with Rett Syndrom. I know that eye gaze technology is challenging but with the quality and high appeal this app provides I think it will be a hit. I wish I could add my own sound loops or student created loops to the app's library. That would make it perfect in my eyes. If I could also add my own video loops, well, that would be over the top! when loading the updated songs the app crashes. Some of the instruments sound cheesy.

Had a lot of fun playing and making fun mixes with the kids. Picked up a controller and wow, even better. Now I want to try all three controllers together as a family. Show more

I can't seem to put this app down. Anytime I'm on the iPad or iPhone, I have to launch this app and strum a few beats. The Flo Rida pack was worth the purchase! Show more
