Love the SoundTouch - the design and sound quality!

If I could get the app to work, I could rate the quality of their speakers. But I can’t. I wish they could spend the time to fix this software. Hundreds of my dollars wasted because of this and a brand’s reputation is tarnished. So sad. They were a good company a few years ago. Show more

If it worked like it does in my car I’d give it 5 stars. In my house it’s a whole different animal. It’s hit or miss. I could be standing next to the router and the thing still doesn’t work sometimes. You techies, when you make a product, gear it towards an average 8th grader, like a newspaper does. Show more

Solved earlier problems with Soundtouch speaker and app. Deleted app, straight to speaker via iphone Spotify, Jango, etc. Instant phone to speaker connect. Zero stars for this app. Dump it. Seems with the cost of your hardware you could spend a little more on software development. This app has gone nowhere in the five years I have been trying to make it work for me. Show more

How about updating this app? Constantly having to reboot everything for it to work properly. It’s the only thing in my home that never works when I want it to……… Sometimes the volume control works other times it doesn’t, sometimes it finds the speaker, sometimes it doesn’t. Greatest piece of audio equipment I ever had. I’m old school big speakers big amps. Big sound. But this equipment is the way to go.

Speakers are connect to network. iPhone is connect to the same network. But the app will not find the speakers. Very frustrating. Do not buy Bose! Others are making quality speakers with quality apps. Show more

The small speakers are basically impossible to connect and when they do they work a few times and get back to muted. Even after going with the joke for the setup they have on this crap. Beautiful sound a little challenging to connect to wireless and set sound up but once done it is a beautiful sound.

Can’t believe Bose has this crap out. Such a “big” name…don’t waste your time…get different speakers

I purchased 3 of the Bose SoundTouch 10 speakers because of the historical sound quality of Bose. That has not changed. The Wi-Fi interface of these speakers is a complete failure. They NEVER work. SONOS is where my $$ is going now. Sound quality is great and interface works. I’m almost ready to junk these 3 speakers. Too much time wasted, and my time is valuable. It’s an easy fix. FIX IT. The app no longer works. Unable to find speakers after adding them to network. No amount of network or device troubleshooting has fixed it and the issue lies with the app. Show more
