The Tuner is great but unfortunately you need the app to easily create custom tunings. But the app keeps freezing and it just crashes. This really takes away from some of the nice features the physical tuner can do. Don’t buy the tuner if you want to make custom tunings until this gets fixed on the app. I gave it a 2 stars only because the physical tuner it’s self (Roadie 3) is actually a nice product. iPhone 13, iOS 15.0.2., Roadie 2 Issues connecting to Bluetooth. Once connected, app freezes and it is unusable.

Charged up and tuned up both my acoustic and electrics in 2 minutes flat. Even my old banjo is happy. Going to be using the alternate tuning options like AC/DC’s old 430A songs - drove me nuts resetting my regular tuners and forgetting to reset them afterwards. App makes it much easier to fine tune the menu order, options and tuning settings before you hit the road. Show more

For all the years I have been playing and tuning myself, I have never sounded better. You sound like a pro in a studio. Your guitar is perfectly tuned. So quick and easy to use, can store multiple tunings, and a charge lasts a very long time. This is the most impactful device available to any guitarist, and every guitarist should have one! Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t register when I pluck the strings.

Latest update provides two modes, Fast Tune or More Accurate. Fast tune is not accurate enough. More accurate tuning is slowing and causes the device to hunt for tuning. In either case it is less accurate than prior version which was always spot on. But in the prior version sometimes it had difficulty tuning the low e string especially when the string wears since their is a notable warble which causes the tuner to take a long time say at lest 10 seconds and multiple string plucks to settle on a tuning. Nov 11, 2019 My 5th review. App still does not work in any of my 4 iPads, 2 iPhones, etc. Very poorly built. Customer support is a joke. It seems to me that the App issue issues are very easy to be fixed. I see zero interest in the company of fixing them. The tuner itself works though. JL Oct 16, 2019 My 4th review. If you have multiple guitars or even multiple stringed instruments, the Roadie 2 is a must. You can tune to a wide variety of tunings even in noisy environments and you can do so quickly and accurately. From regular six strings to 12 strings, acoustic or electric, with capo, standard to drop, open and even custom tunings. I’m telling you, guitarists, you won’t regret this purchase... A fantastic app that accompanies an awesome window.

If you are lazy and heating isn’t what it used to be ( I’m describing MYSELF!) YOU NEED TO BUY THIS TUNER! I have Snarks and similar laying everywhere, because I also can’t keep up with them!! Hmmm , Aubrey I need to see a Doctor rather than my guitar(s)!! Ha! Seriously this device is SO AWESOME, I wish the Roadie people would pay me because this should be worth something. I’ve played guitar since 12-13 yo, I know how to tune ( well I did) until all these new tunings began showing up, at least new to me. But you set it for what you need, place on the tuner, pluck and watch it work, it takes 1/5 the time I spent with the Snarks ( and they do a great job) and I don’t want to talk about tuning by ear comparison!!! If you are anywhere near my condition, make room for this jewel in your budget, you will not regret it! Oh and the other similar product on market couldn’t stand up to Roadie the Road Rumner! The app crashes on a regular basis it’s annoying

The original app worked well with multiple tunings available for free, that has gone away. It no longer works well. I bought the original roadie and it worked well, now it is crap. Show more

This thing is great, batteries last forever, and it tunes perfectly, easy to switch to that funky tuning and back with this one. Works off vibration so don’t matter if it’s loud as hell still works. Show more
