Shame this company gave up on these. They were pretty good and yall had the endorsement of quite a few celebs. Guess someone just wanted a quick buck.

Aesthetically, the app is good and the configuration of the hot keys work. However, when you try to update the app, it appear to take a long time(it is always at zero and never moves past it). I don’t know what is wrong with the update process. If that would be fixed, I would give this 5-stars Show more

These headphones are great in every way. I did have a little trouble using the app for setup. However, everything ran smoothly once I disconnected them from my iPhone’s Bluetooth and started the app again. Show more

I can’t activated the dynamic bass boost on my phone (iPhone x) is apear a massage saying “error while updating EQ settings. Please retry.” And I tried many times and keep saying the same message!! Please fix it ! Pd:I hope you read this and thanks ! Show more

Whenever i try to update my headphones it says error can they fix that so i can enjoy ALL the features of my headphones

Well, I’ve tested them (I’ve just tested them wirelessly) and for me the headphones are pretty loud, at least for me (they have a really great quality, though), but the real problem here is that when I try to pair them to the Muzik app, it still says “disconnected”, when they are already paired. They work really well, but still I want to use the app and I don’t know what is the problem here. Show more

It gets the job done, but nothing more than that. The app needs to assist with the experience of the headphones.

What's the point of this app?

These headphones are amazing and easy to use. Just swipe up down to a just volume and left and right to switch tracks with two fingers. I have also found that if you put two fingers on the center of the earpiece for two seconds it activates Siri. Only thing I have to say is the sms share doesn't send by itself without pressing send even with confirm message off. But still the best headphones ever!!!!!!!! Show more
