Apple Music has a bit of catching up to do with the competition, but this tool fills one pretty glaring omission really well. I have used Last.fm for nearly 2 decades and appreciate tracking my music listening habits over the years. This tool is really simple and it just works. Finally I can scrobble Apple Music without any of the glitches that the official last.fm app has. I can also scrobble songs that I don't have saved to my library! The price isn’t that high for unlimited - only $3.99. However, you have to listen to the entirety of a song to scrobble it. That’s the only flaw I’ve found so far. This app paired with Finale For last.fm is 10x better than the official last.fm app. Show more

Used this ages ago for local scrobbling and now wanted something for streaming. Not sure how well it works in the background, might need a shortcut to run it once a day, but it is working when playing a few songs then opening it Show more

October 2016: This is a wonderful app that has work [sic] perfectly in the past. However, it has stopped working after the iOS 10 release. Please update soon! June 2022 update: App has worked fine from late 2016-late 2021. Currently, it skips scrobbles and occasionally double scrobbles too. I’ve had to complement with the manual scrobbler on the Finale app. Again, please fix this soon! Show more

all it needs background scrobbling so I don’t have to open the app each time but otherwise it’s perfect

Best 5 bucks I’ve ever spent on an app. Excellent for Apple Music.

If you are a music nerd, that is. I’ve used this app for four years and it’s almost always worked flawlessly. I open it up and everything gets logged to last.fm. Pretty simple, but that’s all it needs to be. For some reason within the past week the app has been missing scrobbles. I’ll open the app and there will be a several hour (or several minute) gap where everything I had been listening to won’t be reflected. No matter how many times I close and re-open the app, those plays never reappear which is a bummer. This is happened three times in the past week and I’m not sure what changed or what’s going wrong. I’m listening to local music directly off my phone, there should be no reason for those missed plays. Amazing, incredible app otherwise, just a bummer to be hit with technical difficulties recently. App works inconsistently, Apple won’t refund. Developer owes this money back to me. It would be the right thing to do.

Great app honestly but it stopped scrobbling suddenly

Used this app with few issues for many years, but recently I deleted and re-installed it and now I can’t access the menu. This makes it impossible to log into my last fm account and therefore useless. Edit: updating to iOS 15 seems to have fixed the issue Show more

Been using last.FM since 2008 so I have tried every single scrobbling app on iOS and OS X. This has been the absolute best especially with the new update that scribbled Apple Music songs also. Background app refresh works fine scrobbling in the background. A+ Show more

I recently switched from Spotify to Apple and needed a new mobile scrobbling solution and this has been great. The fact that songs don’t need to be added to my library put it way above other scrobblers available. Others seem to have had issues with it missing songs but I have yet to see it slip up. Show more

$4 for unlimited scrobbles, use eavscrobbler it’s a lot better ngl

Was loving the free version. There were a few hiccups here and there but overall it was working. Working well enough that I would have given a far better rating. The second I buy the Full Version - it’s barely working!? I’m having to push scrobbles through and losing most. ?What’s happening? It worked far more smooth before my purchase. Wish I’d paid closer attention to reviews. Show more

This app used to work perfectly for me, but after the most recently update a few weeks ago, most of what I play on my phone doesn’t get picked up by QuietScrob and sent to last.fm anymore. What happened? Show more

Aside from the reviews constantly downvoting the app, everything seems to be working perfectly fine in Nov. 2021! It gives you 200 or so free scrobbles and its working with Apple Music. I think people who are complaining aren't buying the $4 unlimited scrobbles edition that's probably why their app isn't "working". Good stuff for the dev! EXACTLY what I was looking for. Show more

The app the scrobbles the preveiw when the song are played during the song but the scrobble it self doesnt save after the song is over
