    A serious game changer for my ministry
    The app is an incredible piece of technology. Using it every week, and saving me SO much time compared to our previous software, Ableton Live. Can't thank the MultiTracks.com team enough for the work they put into these resources! Show more

    Major Stability Issues
    There is so much this service offers and I’m an heavy/avid user. From normal store bought tracks to custom original uploads. Began having issues on laptop, so bought new setup powered by M1 iPad thru interface, and it has been nothing but chasing glitches, unwanted stops, random voice guide dropouts, etc. I pay for a lot of songs and cloud service… I cannot recommend for live performance anymore.     Click stopped working… now the pad
    My band and I and my university have been dealing with some issues. Last month the click totally stopped, and although that was fixed this month the pad isn’t working for any of us regardless the device we use. Love the app when it works but it just hasn’t been Show more

    Airplay
    Airplay doesn’t work on pro version with AirPort Express. Spotify, iTunes works fine.

    Could be better
    We always have synch issues and it’s the only reason we use the app and it never works

    New update doesn’t work!
    This new update DOES not work. Will not play the tracks via the correct output (plays the pad though) via BT. Multiple devices and multiple accounts. Such a pain during a worship practice with volunteers to have to spend 30 minutes reworking this thing only to have it never work. I love the concept but it makes me wanna go back to Abelton. At least I knew what I was getting into Show more

    Pay for this??
    so you have to pay for the tracks (i have no problem with) but you also have to pay for the software to use on Macbook? but somehow for IOS its free Show more

    Terrible Sound Quality!
    You literally have the volume on your phone turned all the way up as well as the master and what instrument you’re practicing/playing and can barely hear things, that’s ridiculous.

    Not opening anymore
    I’ve had this for the past year it’s worked great until 2 weeks ago it updated and now every time I open it closes right away, doesn’t even load.

    Can’t be used on multiple devices
    When I first started using this app for church, I was able to have multiple people log into the account and practice w the loop and click on their own perspective devices. The set list wouldn’t sync but that was fine since it was just for practice. However, now we can’t do that without a message popping up that to log in separately, it would delete all content. A bummer! Show more

    Don’t know if it’s just my issue or not…
    Initially I would’ve rated this app 25 out of 5 stars, yes.. the demo setlist was that impressive ? I was immediately intrigued and began to try and set up my own playlist. However.... when I go to Edit, Add a song, and then to Search, everytime I type in a song it will show me the name of the song but when I click on it to select it for my playlist, the screen says “Select Resources” at the top but there’s nothing below it. It’s not loading any of the tracks for the song. This has happened with every song I’ve searched. I’ve uninstalled and re-downloaded the app, restarted my phone, turn my WiFi off/on.. all of it. And this has not seemed to fix the issue, so to me it seems like an app error. It really makes me sad to rate this app 2 stars because I do realize the potential it has, but unfortunately for me it’s not working. I’m hoping someone can get back to me and explain how this problem can be fixed if it is indeed an error on my end. Thank you Show more

    App and website don't work
    I cannot log in since the last update. When I try to update my password, the page just reloads when I click on "Update Password" with prompts to enter the new password twice again. When I then go to the app to log in, it says there is an authentication error and I need to go to the website. When I click on "go the the site," it brings up a dead, white web page. NOTHING WORKS.     Love the app, But is now crashing
    I will definitely update once the issue is resolved but as of right now I cant get this app to open at all

    Help! Crashing on my MAC!
    I LOVE this app. Works wonderfully for our worship services. I recently transitioned to using the app on my Macbook air UNTIL Christmas Eve and the app refused to open and I keep getting an error message. I've updated my mac, reinstalled playback, tried everything I can and keep getting an error. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help - I desperately need this to work! Show more

    Not stable
    Keeps forcing setlist mode. Update fixes it one week and it’s back the next. Pretty poor QA. Don’t trust if you depend on tools like this look elsewhere.
