This app understands how to make a fun touchscreen music app more than any other. Fun for kids, cool for adults. If this did add MIDI output, it would be my favorite way to start generative music. I get that there’s not a lot of money in iOS music app development, though, and celebrate the work the developers have put into this so far. Show more

I've had a heck of a time trying to find a balance between depth, ease of use and interapp compatibility. After hundreds of dollars out on arcane music apps, I believe this one is the one! I've never seen such a great integration of art and music. Love it!!! Show more

And the most fun music app on the AppStore is back in action. Thanks! It's generative and the algorithms you design are visual and react to the physics. It's one of my favourite ways to make music, incredibly easy and rather intuitive, and perfect for beds of sounds to record into my OP-1. **Upgraded to an iPhone 6 and now I only hear audio from the right side. This app is really wonderful. I can get absorbed with it for hours, and so can my cat. The only problem I have so far is that recording doesn't work - either it freezes after completion or when I hit "share" the app quits. Please fix!!! Show more

This app is great fun but It has a distorted muffled output. It's not my headphones since all other apps and music sound normal. I noticed on the developers twitter feed that there have been others with this same issue. I have restarted my ipad (2 mini) as advised by the developer and also deleted / reinstalled the app to no avail. The app also records in this distorted way on to GB as well. Please help! This app deserves 5 stars otherwise. Show more

When you open the app, you're first confronted with a bunch of items - files or songs or something - each marked with a lock. There was no mention of in-app purchases in the description, except for a cryptic mention of a full version available through in-app purchase. Then what is this version? What are these locked files which aren't mentioned in the instructions? What, if anything, can I do with this app without paying extra? Show more

I've had the free version for a while, and was about to get Pro when I got my new Air 2, with its extra storage, but held back when I read of all the IOS 8 problems, which many music creation apps got hit with, but I can attest that this now works and sounds great on the latest gear. With Audiobus updates, this app will be a keeper. Brilliant concept and visually so pleasing! Best of its breed, IMO. Show more

This app looks amazing, but after paying for it last night I can't even use it. No sound. This App is another Victim to the IOS 8 update, it ruined all my music processing apps and the sounds of my IPad Mini with Retina Display. Show more

Sounds are all broken and distored after updating to IOS 8. Please fix!

I had the lite version for about three days and it worked fine. Then today I buy the pro version of the app and now none of my shapes make sounds. When they do work I experience a distorted static sound that doesn't sound like any of the original sound kits. I loved the app when it worked but now its not working. PLEASE FIX!!! Show more

Everything about this app is wonderful! The included presets are great but barely scratches the surface of what is possible. The possibilities are endless and even minute changes to existing presets can make a big difference! A must-have app for all creative musicians! Show more
