Sadly one area of this app that is not accessible with a screen reader is the availability section which is critical for calendar and resource management. I did not look at the song list or set list functionality as lack of accessibility for the availability feature is pretty much a deal breaker. I think it is pretty safe to say that there are quite a few blind musicians and it is a shame this app was not built with that in mind. It is so easy now to add accessibility like this that when you don’t see it it can be pretty frustrating. Please add accessibility for the VoiceOver screen reader and what I found so far I would consider 5 out of 5. Show more

I like the overall layout. The set list is nice but trying to arrange the songs seems like a problem. Move a song up one in the order and it won’t stay there. If I move one song others move out of order. Also, it would be a nice feature to add calendar updates into notifications to band members. Show more

I wish it would let you export to google calendar. Also if it wouldn’t delete previous months until the beginning of the next year would be great. Also a hover feature over a date to see what is booked would be great. It’s an ok application and serves its purpose. We have had issues with it deleting gigs over slow connections. It is frustrating at times. New features would be great. Show more

The set list rearranges itself. Tried reinstalling, closing, resetting iPhone. This is a deal breaker for any band. Lots of complaints on dates rearranging themselves too. Fix it and you may have something. Show more

I’ve been looking for something exactly like this for a long time and out of all of the Calendar applications and scheduling applications this is the only one that shows blackout dates. The biggest issue I have with it is that you cannot delete an event after you schedule it on the gig calendar. Show more

In my 40 years of playing gigs this is one of the most useful tools I have used in my musical career.

I used the free version but I’m still not satisfied. I like the set list feature, but you cannot archive old set lists or rename them once they have been created. The app works well on my iPhone, my iPad and the web portal works well on my PC. Unfortunately all the other band members have android phones. So they all think I picked a dud of an app. The price for the pay version is $5.99 a month. Probably should be $5.99 a year. The developers really need to step up their game, or let someone else take charge of this app. It seems like they are in over their heads. Show more

This app appears abandoned. No updates or improvements period. Barely usable. Dates in calendar shift a day or two one way or the other every so often. Aggravating. Looking for something better. At “free” is still a waste of my money. Show more

Over it’s a pretty decent app but one feature I think is desperately needed is some form of notification to all band members when a new gig / rehearsal date is entered or when someone updates their calendar. The chat feature is totally unnecessary in my opinion. We text each other. No need for a “chat room” Show more

Helps a lot with organization, but we need to be able to change the band name in the profile. And when creating set lists, the ability to add a break/intermission would be nice. And just some general things, like selecting a box to type in, but you first need to delete the words “Notes..” in the gig creation. Show more

App crashes when you save your new nickname.

Please give it some love to this app. Problem with login, people with Android can’t hear the tracks. Other and that, this app can be the best for a band.

App so far it’s working. Minor things to change but it does the job to organize everyone schedule. Please help I need to change the band name. Please help!

This app is very convenient when your in a band. It would be even better if there was a component where you could list the tasks the band needed to do. Show more

I downloaded this app thinking it would be a pretty cool option to open communication for the band… You can add songs to a master list but then you can’t edit them or delete them? You can have an on going online chat but you can’t clear it or delete it? Why do you guys make an app that you can’t edit or change/alter or delete anything you enter into it? Please fix .. i’m sure PPL would pay for the app if it had more options to it... I would!! It’s a great idea just fix the little stuff.. Thanks Show more

I really wish app developers would not publish anything until it’s ready. I was told that an update will allow you to edit any entered information. I’m done waiting. Don’t waste your time like I did unless you’re perfect and don’t make typos. Show more

It’s so much better than our current process for tracking dates and availability, BUT it doesn’t appear there’s a way to print set lists, or even copy/paste the list into a printable format, which makes the Set List option pretty worthless. Show more

First, it’s confusing that the start of the week is on Monday. Not used to seeing calendars like that. I keep selecting the wrong day. Will just have to get used to it. Second, it would be great if there was a way to do a mass upload of songs. When you have 100+ it’s an undertaking. I have my notifications on, but I don’t get anything when someone adds or updated anything. The first thing you see when opening the app for the first time is a blank white screen with a bottom toolbar. Took me a while to figure out that the little checkmark is there for when you want to send a message. I think if you put “insert comment” where the user is supposed to click, that would be great. I thought something was wrong with the app because all I saw was white.. I ended up saying “hello!” So others would know what was going on in the white space. Third, if there was a “band account” or some way to keep track of how much money the band has made, that’d be cool as well. I feel like the app isn’t very intuitive, will probably have to show and explain to the band how to do everything. Otherwise, it’s a great idea and we hope it keeps us organized. Show more

App seems like a good idea. Very slow and won't let me upload events, even from the desktop site. Very Frustrating...
