    Connection
Difficult to connect app to amp, even though amp is connected to phone via Bluetooth. If you can get it to connect, it usually stays, but if one switches between apps it will likely drop. Show more

    Could be better
I’ve had an AmplFi TT for a number of years now and a similar problem with this app. I can connect to the AMPLIFi TT with no problem, it’s staying connected that is the problem. I will be playing along with a song and suddenly it loses Bluetooth connection. Very frustrating. I have to restart the song. It would seem Line 6 doesn’t care anymore about the AMPLIFi TT or the app. I have the latest version (2.61 build 104) and the hardware has the latest “Device Flash”. Had I known this before purchasing I would not have made it. Too bad, it’s a good device when it works correctly. Show more

Stuck on Fidelity Lead - Connection Issues
It is a shame that this beautiful product comes handicapped by this remote app. It honestly hinders my guitar playing. It is supposed to be an easy practice amp but never connects to your tones. It has the worst default tone of all time, and I am stuck on this Fidelity Lead, terrible sounding distortion. I read that deleting the app and re-downloading before each use can help give you better chances of syncing to your tones. The weird thing is that it says bluetooth is connected to the actual speaker and will play music or fidelity lead. The software just won’t sync and load your tones or let you take control. I’ve been dealing with this for years now. If anyone knows a better way please help! Thanks! Show more

    Compatibility problems
The app has multiple problems with iOS 14.4, I can not use my amp because the app crash every time

    Such a pain to use.
I’ll probably never buy an AMPLIFi product again. There seems to be zero care for this app or AMPLIFi75 amp since it is never updated despite the absurd amount of bugs. Along with others users, my app will connect to the amp for 50 seconds while I am changing the tone, and then will disconnect indefinitely. I have been trying to connect the app to the amp for a solid week, and the app keeps crashing or stays frozen every single time that I’ve tried. I’m hoping somebody from AMPLIFi sees this review and actually takes some initiative to fix this app. It’s beyond frustrating. Show more

    Poor Connectivity
I Dont understand what the issue is with this app but sometimes it connects to the amplifii tt no problem. Other times it just doesnt connect at all. Cant change tones but can stream music from my phone through the device. The developers really did a piss poor job with this app. Lack of support has turned me off Line 6 products all together. Blue tooth droppage
Seriously tho please update so the Bluetooth quits dropping its embarrassing. This amp really does rock but the Bluetooth issue really kicks it in the nuts.

Was good when it came out! Now not so much.
I haven’t used my AMPLIFi 150 amp in a few years. I really enjoyed it when it was new. I didn’t have the problems I am having now. It disconnects, resets and cuts off. I have updated the app but it still has the same problem. It seems as if line 6 gave up and just left everyone who purchased a an AMPLIFi stuck and out of luck! Super disappointed! Show more

    Major bummer
Horrible reliability. Crashes constantly. Half the features don’t work at all. Major bummer- I own a lot of line 6 stuff and this is the first thing I’ve ever used of there’s that I’d rather just not even bother with. Show more

Not as bad as the reviews but not great either
Update 10/5/20: Another victim of iOS 14. On the iPhone this app still works but on the iPad it freezes when trying to access your music library so the Tone Matching feature in the app no longer works. Doubt Line 6 will update this obsolete legacy app however. Original Review: This app was updated in 2020 so maybe its been improved. I only started using it a month ago so I can’t speak to previous versions. I bought an Amplifi 75 amp on clearance so needed this app to interface with the amp. The app IS a little buggy with respect to the Bluetooth connection. However, I have found if the app wont connect to the amp, just close the app and on the second try it consistently will connect. Now, sometimes it drops connection and you have to repeat the process. It seems the Bluetooth has a limited range of about 10 ft so keep your device close to the amp and it’s much better about not dropping connection. Within the app the red background is intended for lowlight but is hard to read in most lighting conditions which has me raising the screen brightness to compensate. I paid less than $150 for the amp so I will tolerate the buggy app. Had I paid full retail I think I would consider returning and buying a Fender modeling amp. I think the Fender Tone app is much more reliable. But for me that is a solution that comes at nearly four times the price. Again, overall, good not great. It does what its supposed to do but not particularly well. Show more

Not compatible with the new iOS 14.0 update
Please update the app so I can speak with my premium amp purchase that I still love again...
  • Kadiggy, 09.09.2020
    Seriously?
I don’t understand how the company that started modeling amps can be happy with such poor performance from an app. It could be so awesome. I can’t believe they would allow a 2 star rating to stand for so long without at least attempting to improve it. Show more

Give me a pedal board User Friendly?
I’m working with this on iPhone app and I can’t control or rearrange half the signal flow. The gate is unmovable ...the cabinet can’t be moved unless you move a mod...did the people that came up with this interface ever own a pedal board? Or play guitar? Also weird edit type lines that make no sense....this is one of the most fundamentally bizarre idiotic way to screw up a good concept. The amp is solid so maybe Re Hall the app and consult with actual guitarists that want control over signal flow. Let all icons be moveable!!! And stop with the weird edit line things! Weirdos! Horrible Bluetooth
Well you have to have an app via Bluetooth to modify tones, play backing tracks. problem is the bluetooth on the unit cuts out in a hour time the unit would lose connection for 20 seconds then come back for 45 seconds it does theirs in a loop. I have new brand new iPad I have iPhone 11 Pro Max.. doesnt matter both drop connection constantly. I can edit the tones and save them on the fx100 but i did like the backing tracks via Bluetooth but unfortunately this is not possible with the unstable Bluetooth connection 2 stars for idea/ effort 0 for execution Show more

Why can you not use the onboard EQ levels while streaming your music Bluetooth?
  • The Gadgeteur, 20.04.2020
    Absolute garbage app
The amp is great. Doubles as a fantastic Bluetooth speaker. However, good luck getting it to work. This sets the bar for worst app of 2020. Rarely connects. When it does it constantly disconnects. Don’t waste your time. Show more

    Amazing
This is one of the best Bluetooth amplifire remote apps I have ever used.
  • Midnite1966, 07.04.2020
    Disappointed
The app is more reliable to crash when I am using it and setting my tones. Every time I use it.
