    Love you but where are my issues?
    Great magazine. I used to buy the print version for years here in the US and stopped (?) but then got an iPad and saw you were eventually available. Have had subscription before and no problem. This go round I paid for a yearly subscription and have only received up to September. Please fix this PS also subscribed to Mojo and Uncut on the same day and didn’t have any problems with them.     Best Rock Magazine Ever!
    These guys are simply the best. I grew up during the 70’s and I’ve learned more about my favorite bands from Classic Rock than I did from all the other publications back then combined. They also keep me up to date with the activities of the Classic bands that are still active and turn me on to new bands in the Classic vein. They also have more album reviews than anyone I’ve seen. I purchased the download edition of the magazine and now I don’t have to hunt it down in magazine stores anymore. If you love Classic Rock, you NEED this! Show more

    Problems problems problems
    Had a problem with app and my mags disappeared..reinstalled and now still can't get my mags. Time to cancel subscription I think.

    Lying & Rude feeling totally screwed... It's a rip off
    ...to paraphrase Mr Marc. 3rd time now that I've paid for a subscription only to have the mag change ownership, or whatever, and have all the issues I've paid for just disappear. Fool me once, twice, blah blah blah... Once my current subscription is thru I won't be renewing. I'll go back to reading new issues in the bookstore. It is still a decent mag after all. Just not keen on setting fire to my money any longer. Show more

    Please refund me all my paid magazines
    This is unbelievable that Apple enables this ripoff through the App Store. Please bring back all my paid magazines to my account or refund me my money for all what I paid you. Show more

    Crap
    Every time this magazine changes or updates nearly half my magazines that I purchased disappear from my Classic Rock the way it was before the update I have two classic rock apps one for the older one for that I had purchased and the new one now I can't restore at least half of them it says that they've been restored but they haven't they been transferred from the from the new look app up to the old app but they don't have any record of me paying for them .you know what I'm really getting tired of it this happens every six months to a year on this magazine and others as well if they don't fix these issues I'm not buying another one of the magazines people who are interested in collecting every issue buyer beware Show more

    I have been reading Classic Rock magazine for about 15 years. The iPad version was formatted for iPad/iPhone and was a great app. Around September 16 time it switched to a normal format i.e. text really small and no longer had any audio or video, no more page scrolling either. This is probably a decision by TeamRock, the publisher, so if they want to go cheapskate with CR then they can keep it. Show more

    Cool App Downgraded to Simple, Stupid .pdf
    There's a lot to love about Classic Rock Magazine, but no longer does that include the formerly functional and fun CR Mag app. They've gone from lots of sweet interactive features and halfway-hidden Easter eggy things to a simple, dumb "picture" of each page of the print mag. A PDF, in other words. Sorry, I'm unsubbing. Might pick up the paper copy now and then. Show more

    OK FIXED IT
    The magazine is great and I have been an avid reader for years. Now my subscription has vanished with the new App. I was so annoyed with the initial poor response. Now, I have to say they fixed my subscription and the App does look good, with the interactive magazine. It's just a pity they had to kill the subscription, generate heartache and probably alienate a number of readers. TeamRock, I hope you learn from what you did. That said, thanks for a great magazine and thanks to your customer service people. So 5 stars for the new App, 1star for the way you brought it in. Show more

    Great magazine! Truly horrible app!,,
    Team rock has ruined a once great digital magazine. Besides the ridiculous premise of having its subscribers prove their purchase, the new upgraded app is HORRIBLE!!! None of the old issues can be read on the new app. The nonsensical layout of the magazine is ridiculous. You can't just turn a page . You have to scroll down and then sideways and up. It's beyond comprehension that someone thought this was a good idea? Absolutely hate the new format. I mean, who thought it was beneficial that you have to scroll up and down instead of right to left? You still have to scroll right to left and have to be in the right spot still to try and turn the page! Truly horrible! Show more

    AWFUL
    Subscriber for years. App update and ALL back issues and subscription gone. Went through the whole "email us and prove they you bought a subscription" crap (NEVER had the same for other magazine app changes), was told that my subscription was now reset, and still NOTHING. Repeated emails ignored, at least a five-day turnaround for any response, etc. asked for my money back.... Silence. Asked for my money back again..... Silence. Now they did the same with Prog, to which I also subscribe. Guess what, subscription vanished there too. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I will even take iTunes credit. Buyer beware, these guys running the place are clueless on technology. And now they will blame the App Store . Guess what, I have been through multiple app changes for magazines and not one involved an email and "proof" of subscription, not one has been more than a single bump and a few minutes to fix. This has been 2 issues long, and still no fix from Classic Rock. Basically theft if you ask me. Was bad enough that digital subscribers did not get the music on the CR and Prog CDs that come with the paper version (how hard is it to give downloads?). Now they took the full subscription. Horrible experience, do not buy. Show more

    Don't bother
    I have been subscriber for years, then out of nowhere they said they had a new app and I had to contact them and provide a receipt from iTunes showing I had a subscription, we'll that didn't work, and you will just get no answers,what a waste of time, too bad this was a great magazine but apparently they don't care about their subscribers.     Total Scam
    Paid for a full year subscription then had the app crash right after stating the magazine no longer acknowledged the app. Then realized they set up another app but I did not receive any credit from the bogus app that they dumped. Show more

    Can't sign in after update
    Please fix!!! I'm still waiting to get the app working. Some upgrade! The lack of customer service is unbelievable. Every time I email asking for help, there is a day+ delay, before I get a response. Still waiting for help- I'm to the point of deleting the app and forgetting about the remainder of my subscription. Very Frustrated! Show more

    Doesn't Work
    I have a 1 year subscription that just disappeared with this app update. It usually worked fine before. Why can't the programmers just leave well enough alone? Very, very disappointing especially while traveling. UPDATE: ten days later and despite promises to fix and me following all directions in the app, it still will not recognize my subscription. I am about ready to give up on this company. Very, very poor roll-out. Show more

    STILL Not Working!
    New app will not recognize my subscription. I followed all the directions. Tried several times. Contacted customer support but no response after several days. UPDATE: This is ridiculous! Their FAQ gives an email address to email about authentication. It gets bounced back! I love this magazine, but this is beyond horrible. They better get this sorted out very soon. Show more
