Where do I start? I have been trying to get my content removed from Datpiff for over 3 years. I have sent in multiple DMCA complaints (following all of there necessary steps - e signature - good faith statements). They are literally ignoring me. They will email me back with a ticket number and once I respond- nothing. I have tweeted them publicly, I have left comments under there posts on Instagram. They are only interested in posting stupid viral videos / photos of there favorite famous artists (with hopes that the artist will shout them out). I've never seen a website so desperate for clout. If they would do there job and cater to the indie world a little bit, they could actually grow. I also reached out telling them (in 2019) I forgot my password and it's from 2014 so I also forgot the email address. I told them "I know I have access to the email associated with the account". They said will not tell me the email associated with the account, and they also said they sent a "forgot password" to a email on file. Which is untrue, I only had 5-7 emails my entire life and I still have access to all of them - none received a reset password link. Datpiff does not want to help anybody but themself, just take a look at there wack $#*! social media posts. If you want your content removed from this site - good luck it's there forever. If you want to get back into an account from Years ago - good luck. I will never use this site again and I will never recommend anybody to use it. Fun fact I reached out Idle Media (the owner of datpiff until 2019) and they didn't have a great experience with the transaction - Proof / email below. I believe this site will be obsolete or completely non existent within the next 5-8 years. They seem like bad business. Show more

I listened to Hitler Wears Hermes and Freshman Adjustment, this app is really good. Really great, I go here every time TIDAL doesn’t have what I like on here. I got one issue, why are y’all trying to sell weed and recommend weed stores??? Show more

Please fix the issue where you can no longer long in from the app. I can access from my computer but not the app all my mixtapes. Please fix

0 stars. What’s the point if my playlists won’t save? The option to create a playlist is just there for show bc it does absolutely nothing. Needs fixing.

Please for the love of God, fix this app! The search doesn’t always work. It doesn’t return the result unless it’s exactly like what you type. When you play a mixtape, it will eventually stop playing the next song and crash. As a developer, these bugs are simple to fix. Show more

I'm also confused by why there's a weedmap integrated?

This app is so bad now, a couple of years ago it would run so much more smoothly. I can’t even log in despite changing my log in info various times on the desktop version. Like the other user said, what’s the point of having “new releases” or “coming soon” if I can’t pre-add them to my library. Show more

Datpiff has been a part of my life for years, I still listen to songs that I can only find on Datpiff. That said, the app experience lacks. The search function is such a manual process to find a specific mixtape, unable to filter properly. Moreover, I’m not sure if it’s only my Apple product, but trying to use the reset password on the DP app is confusing. I hit “reset password” only to be sent to their website on my web browser which takes me to a page that tells me to download the app….. I ALREADY HAVE THE APP WHY AM I BEING REDIRECTED TO THE DF WEBSITE ONLY TO BE INSTRUCTED TO DL THE APP! This circle makes zero sense. I’m not sure if the product/dev team test/qa these features prior to going live but you all seriously need work. Show more

It’s very good as I’m able to search for and listen to music with no problem. The problem comes from when I try to like a song or mixtape, either the button doesn’t work or I get a error 401 message. Even when I try to make playlists so I can go back to previous music I get an error message and unable to save music. That makes it really hard for me to return back as I don’t want to search for the same songs over and over again. Show more

You can log in on computer for the website but cannot log in on the app and trying to reset your password is horrible customer service doesnt reply at all or whenever they feel like it. Show more

The app wouldn’t let me log in through my computer and kept putting me back to the login page like I have the wrong password. Can someone email Datpiff to let them know it’s not letting me log in? Please and thank you. Show more
