I subscribed this week ago but still not able to in

Although I am subscribed for several years it keeps asking me to renew my subscription.

This is a good source for music at a place. I put direct debit from my bank. But in spite of money debited from my card on date, my account stopped working. This happened second year in row. Customer care is so poor and they don’t respond to you. They asked me to send screenshot of payment which I did, but still , my subscription is not acting I told several of friends to subscribe this App, now I will tell them about my bad experience In spite of several request, you are not fixing the problem. I may have to inform my Bank and they will put your App/website under black list. This will prevent your customers to have set up direct debits Show more

Lot of variety and artistes - wish they will add younger and upcoming artists as well

The App is very good but functionality can be improved. Currently it doesn’t continue with the playlist once you stop and restart - it goes on in a loop on the same song. Also, content for Carnatic music needs to improve a lot. You have a smattered of contentbut many current stalwarts like Sudha, Ranjani-Gayatri, Unnikrishnan, L Subramaniam, Sanjay are glaring omissions. Show more

Everything is great in terms of content but i got the 1 year subscription but loading is too slow. Gets annoying, pls increase server capacity to support paying users fully.

Love the content and the way it’s curated. But lots of features are missing on iOS. If we miss the theme of a day there is no way to go back to it. No history is made available. No way to save music offline. Although the help documentation’s mentions clicking on three dots to get to this option I don’t see it on the iOS app. Same goes for marking a song as a favorite. No option on iOS. Show more

A must for practitioners, learners or listeners of Hindustani Classical Music. My guru says good listening is as important as it is to practice and riaz classical music. I come here to listen! The app could work on improving the following: 1. Performance - song loading, favorites and off-lines could be made faster; 2.Features - I would have liked some more categorization and analyzers. For example, search by BPMs, Signatures, etc. 3. Take inspiration from DJ app to het looping of an alaap or taan would be wonderful for practicing musicians like me. I like the collections and the themes everyday. It would be great to allow to find/save these themes of the day , so that I can play them again. It would also be great to provide more albums of the artists - the collection is stagnant. The app should also allow for more features. App often malfunctions and replays the same song when paused and resumed. Show more

Seems like the best features (including discounts on subscriptions) are available only for Android users and not IOS. Streaming option on IOS devices limited to Google cast and not the Chromecast. Decided not to renew subscription until these problems are fixed (if ever they are). Show more

They are too expensive. I bought one song $1.99) Could never download

I subscribed to this service for about 2 months now. Great music, fairly good collection and easy to navigate. Almost religiously I listen to Theme of the Day (carnatic) every day. Variety of themes, full of interesting information and she delivers it beautifully. Major, major drawback is the loading time and it is frustratingly discontinuous even within the song. Hope they will use higher speed servers to meet the demand. Great start. Looking forward to more listening. Show more

Kudos to Saregama for creating this App. Create more offline / download, Playlist options like Saavn and it be the music for Heaven!

Constant problems. What is the use having so many songs when you can't play them?

I keep getting a "failed to play" error. I have fast Wi-Fi and have also reinstalled the app and restarted the phone but no luck.

I'm glad I found this app
