How can the microphone on an iphone sample at such absurdly high rates? I don't know, but it seems to work, and this app has helped me eliminate ultrasound pollution as a cause of headaches that my wife's Macbook air m1 is causing us. The UI is FANTASTIC. I’m using an iPad Pro with a USB to lightning adapter to interface with a Dodotronic Ultramic 384BLE. I saved for a long time to purchase the Ultramic so I could listen to the bats that fly around my house. I love this setup! Show more

Love this app for analyzing bird calls. Can’t seem to play through Air Pods though.

Cannot export audio files Cannot save audio files Play button does not work No presets for quick investigating.

We were told to install this device for work. It is a very average app for a premium price. It crashes all the time and does not recover the previous audio file. The tool itself is fine, but that doesn't matter when the risk of data loss is so high. Interface is mediocre. I’d recommend the developers go back to the drawing board on this one. Show more

I use the program on my IPad with the dodotronic ultrasonic mic and adapter, and it works great ?

This won't work with the iPhone all by itself for frequencies above even 48kHz, let alone 192kHz as one of the other reviews says. Now I can't even return it.

This tool is great! I’ve only tested it in my lab so far. Very excited to try it on the manufacturing floor to test for compressed air leaks.

This app is as blind accessible as an app like this can be. I'm so glad about that, but I only give you four stars because you didn't say that this won't work with the iPhone all by itself for frequencies above 192K: Shame on you for that, but for everything else it's a job well-done. Show more

I use FFT programs to find peak RPM of JetSki engines during racing. This one is a generation ahead of the ones I used last year. Very Cool! Much better data. Show more

This app is very well written and very stable. It,s main design was for recognizing animal sounds, but we have found many other uses. It is very effective finding air or gas leaks in pipes as well as trending bearings for proper lubrication intervals. The ability of recording and storing this data makes for very easy post processing of collected data. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing audio analysis for multiple purposes. Show more

It simply does not work. Once you open the settings panel and try to close it, the app just dims and the setting panel fails to close. You have to quit the app in the multitasker to get back to the main screen. It's refund time! Show more
