This is a cool little app. Fun for quick music making

A subtle app with guitar characteristics pays off especially when paired with Retronyms Tabletop, Being able to sample chords on the fly, jam with multiple instruments, and sequencing capability allow for a wider sound palette. Would love the ability to glitch the guitar sound much like the patented Flux Link on the iMPC Pro which would provide even more versatility of sound. It is really too hard to play notes when strumming or picking,plus being able to manipulate the pads would be a plus

The app is ok. It sounds good. Very limited w not a lot of settings. It's fun, but I would have preferred a more professional interface instead of the cheap wild FuN app toy look. The limited sounds are nice. I kinda like it. Just lacking something that makes me want to use it a lot. The strumming is cool, but no reference to get repeatably consistent strums. ie: frets. It works ok w Tabletop. The strumming doesn't translate well for sequencing. Timing always goofy. Still sounds pretty good. Has potential. Show more

app is a blast — sounds great, looks great! use it in Tabletop where you can record and sequence it more. I also love recording it into garageband. The only question is whether you play it like an autoharp or hold it like a guitar heheh Show more

Sounds great. Awesome way to play a song. No Calluses ;)

It's not exciting period, there are only 5 instruments...reminiscent of poly chord...except for the guitar sound...and the chords sound exactly the same no matter what you pick. Maybe I just don't get it...? Wish I wouldn't have got it rather. Show more

Stryke is great! It’s extremely playable, and the sounds are excellent and varied— it’s got vibes, a bendy Jan Hammerish lead, strings & pads, and even a distorted guitar. The overall sound is really organic sounding, too. And I can use it in Tabletop inside of other songs! Cool stuff! Show more
